第二是具体法律条款：
1，偷渡 违法 立即arrest，尤其多次偷渡的 是 criminal，民主党也不敢挑战这个
2，如果偷渡的想回家，只会在美国监狱很短时间，就被释放，回家
3，但如果偷渡的申请难民，那就的走法律程序，这审查就会大多easily 超过 20 天，
法律程序要求的，这就是增加 联邦法官的目的，希望可以更快处理，这也是 1997 年
民主党法律订的。
4，第九年马戏团裁定，儿童不能在 detention longer than 12 天，所以如果大人的
难民申请还没批，那 儿童就只好和大人分离，

说说我的经历在WA。
本人喝酒容易上脸，喝一杯跟一瓶脸一样烧。那天晚上喝了一瓶啤酒赶着回家，路上左
转没打灯，PULL OVER。条子看我脸红，下车做金鸡，走直线。当时天冷腿在抖，条子
说让吹，但同时说明你有权利拒绝。虽然只喝了一瓶，但心里对0.08没数，加上不知道
条子的随身仪器准不准。拒绝之，转身，上拷。
回条子馆所有物品清空，被带进小密室，询问是否要律师，拒绝。开始问一堆测试神志
是否清醒的问题，包括当时车速，当时从朋友家回家的路线，所有路名，路的南北指向
。还有其它基本常识测试，记不起了。
做完测试，说要到馆里的仪器做测试，那个仪器看上去专业很多。申请了去尿一泡。回
来告知可以拒绝，但马上吊销驾照90天并CHARGE DUI。没办法只好吹了，出来结果0.
