历史新记录,比去年同期有了很大的增长。
其中二手房的销售更是喜人,总共买出了711套房屋,比去年同期多售出了32套。
该地的一房产经纪公司总裁 Poulopoulos表示，伦敦地区的房产价格很好，很有前途和
吸引力。
今年年初，当地的房屋出售总量就开始呈明显上升趋势。截止到十月份，共售出6,274
套独立屋（detached homes）和1,614套单元公寓楼（condos），总量为7,888套，而同
2005年度的销售量为7,826套相比，出现了上涨的趋势。
在过去的几年中，伦敦市的房屋销售始终波澜不经，没有出现太大的涨幅，
Poulopoulos认为今年可能是一个新的增长点。
从需求数字上也似乎可以看出一点端倪，同上年相比较，独立屋（detached homes）的
需求量增加了10.5%，单元公寓楼（condos）的需求则增加了6.3%。
目前伦敦地区房屋(detached and condo)平均价格为187,030元，而独立屋（detached
homes）预计可能为200,000元。

简单的说：better safe than sorry.
here is why (if you care to read): 这个做法是定义中的gray area, 讨论起来十天
十夜都说不完， 因为一方面，普通的弹匣永远是detachable magazine, 而法律定义的
前提是你的枪“capable of ACCEPTING detachable magazines”， 哪怕是装了bullet
button, 你的空枪任然可以accept detachable magazine; 另一方的argument注重装
了bullet button以后就弹匣就不算detachable， 因为只能装不能拆。
but in the end, it is only a DA's right to press charge against you, 还没听
说有人因为这种事被起诉， 只是一些守法良民生怕被警察盘问的时候出岔子。
另外警察对这些细节也是一知半解， 他们有他们自己的诠释，不管对错， THEY are
the cops, 所以麻烦一下还是值得的。

刚才又去了gunshop，和老板仔细聊了一下，发现康州的gun law还是非常严格的。
Scar也好，AK也好，在康州绝对是禁的，所以AR-15基本上是唯一选择了。而且诸多限
制：
If the rifle has a detachable magazine and a "pistol grip", then it cannot
also have any of these features:
a) a folding or telescoping stock
b) a bayonet lug
c) a threaded barrel end
d) a flash suppressor
e) a grenade launcher
This means, that if you want an AR-15 style rifle, by default it will have a

来该有的要短一些，一般只有原来音的一半长就断掉，同时弓不离开弦；要是离开了弦
，就算 spiccato 了。staccato 可以一弓拉好几个音，也可以只有一个音，也就是说
，既可以 detache 也可以 slur。两个音之间有明显的“接缝”，比如说顿挫，但没有
gap 的，不叫 staccato，而是笼统叫做 articulation。

可能有些人能一了百了地全部放下。
而我的detachment就是想蕴和受蕴的分离。
当你能分开想蕴的时候，就会突然发现所谓的心理学都是虚妄的。
因为心理学还是在调节那个跟究竟自我完全无关的东西。
本来我出国放弃电子，想学心理学，然后有一天突然发现心理学是虚妄的。
就没了世俗的方向了。
这个分离，会让人对诸法无我有深切的认识。虽然还没有达到更深的无我。
至心念佛号是个核试验，它发生后并非出现单一的现象，而是出现一连串的现象，
不但有核辐射，还有光辐射，蘑菇云。所以我后来谈的很多经验，其实都是同一个实验
的分支现象。
我说怕和不怕是分开的两个东西，那是当时就有真实的经验在，
一个部分是怕的，另一个部分在看而不怕，而且觉得很惊讶好笑。
