简单介绍一下背景。非名校，非牛人，EE fresh Phd，machine learning方向，主要研
究理论和提一些方法。对做research很感兴趣。完全不觉得读PhD痛苦。相反经常自己
没事，周末去实验室做点事。主要目标在工业界找一个research type职位。这是自己
最主要的要求。因为必须是自己喜欢干的才能干的好，而且只要干好了，待遇也不会低
。个人对coding并不排斥，但是觉得coding只是一个工具，更重要的是要实现的内容。
已经有几年没用C和C++了，但是对自己的coding还是很有信心的，在国内工作过几年
SDE，觉得coding至少不是自己的弱项，虽然没有专门刷题练过。
老板很久前就说给一个PostDoc职位，可能也是因为这个，整个找工作的阶段自己心态
都很放松。6月开始正式找工作。8月下旬签offer。总共投了6、7家。面了两家G和A。

1、胆固醇对于身体功能是必不可少的
细胞膜的构建，维护和正常运作需要胆固醇。没有胆固醇，你的细胞将难以发
挥作用。胆固醇也帮助生产有利于消化脂肪的胆汁。胆汁有助于代谢脂溶性维生素
A，D，E和K。而所有这些脂溶性维生素和胆固醇一起存在于蛋黄中。
2、身体产生的胆固醇比吃的多
血液中的胆固醇主要来自肝脏和饮食。身体产生的胆固醇数量与摄入的多少有

women bone density and microstructure。
主要结论是中国女性的bone size要小于白人女性，但是strength却强于白人，
所以fragility fracture rate低。
不幸的是我给中国人丢脸了。我的各项bone density指标都低于平均值。
我的手腕几乎低于正常人两个standard deviation，很有意思的是，脚踝的
bone density和strength非常非常高。而一般人手腕和脚腕的strength correlation
应该高于70%。
很明显，是因为我经常跑步锻炼，很少做lifting之类的上肢锻炼。所以由于
bone adaptation的作用，脚腕骨质不成比例的高于身体其他部位（手腕）。 |

density和tech level。只要城里有学校，tech level就会慢慢提上来，而density也不
能太低，因为城里路都修好的。我发现我的工厂density和tech level都是顶级的，那
么它需要的worker是什么样的呢？

城市总人口157.751k，workers 14608, shopper 7269, students 4585。
worker占人口9.26%，shopper是worker的一半，学生为总人口3%。
所以总人口是个虚值。worker数量或者可以理解为家庭数，总人口为家庭数乘十左右。
游戏模拟所有的worker,shopper,students和其他一些homeless。他们必须在某个地方
做什么事。可能呆在家里，或者在工作，在购物，在上学，或者在路上正要去他们的目
的地。
参考时间下午2点。所有的民居里，都是几个到几十个at home。估计大部分都在干活吧。

高歌，现任北京航空航天大学能源动力学院动力工程及工程热物理学科一级责任教授，
航空发动机气动热力国防重点实验室副主任，长期从事动力工程、工程热物理及流体力
学领域的教学与科研工作，并在基础科研和多学科的应用技术领域取得了一系列国际领
先水平的创新性科研成果。
他在1984年发明的"沙丘驻涡火焰稳定器"，获国家发明一等奖，钱学森同志称之为"一
项长中国人志气的重要发明"。该成果广泛应用于我国多种军用航空发动机中，取得了
数以亿元计的经济效益，至今仍保有先进水平。本刊记者于今年10月采访了高歌教授，
了解到了他近期从事的一些前沿科研工作的最新进展，尤其是他对龙卷风的研究及其工

必须是实的平面的。

higher density material, e.g. high strength AL. The ultra high frequencies
(2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz), which carries WiFi data is not able to transferred far
if too much concrete walls. PS:
- Density of concrete: 2320 kg/m³
- Density of AL: 2700 kg/m³
Although the thickness of the barrier material plays a big role, the
distance of the receiver (WiFi card) to the casing plays a even bigger role.
