10x10是用15-20rep的恒定重量，但前面几组做到10就不做了，并不到力竭。
10x10深蹲是大多数职业篮球队员必训项目，目的是提高弹跳力（绝对力量）和保持全
场的体力（耐力）。用恒定重量的10x10，目的是让球员在一场球内能跳100次1米高，
而不是跳10次1米5高（5x5针对这个效果好）然后就累趴下了
我想这里大部分人，想比深蹲达到一次最大的极限，应该更希望自己打球，登山，
