appears to me to be a Quartz Conglomerate rock, not a "Sedimentary rock with
quartz crystals". This would suggest that it is already metamorphosed. You
may want to reconsider your price given this information. My wife is a
geologist so I have some awareness of this stuff. This does NOT render it

A: Adding a stick would make it a hammer which is a NFA item. You would
need the tax stamp.

A: I am not familiar with many of the CA/MA rock laws, so you will have
to cut its rocks off yourself.

A: Do what you gotta do, but I'd hate to see you end up with a $600
rock when market value drops them back down to $0.06. That would mean the
ban never got signed into law, which would be a good thing though...
Q: Is this ARock the safe kind or one of the ones that can pierce body
armor? Just curious. Also there seems to be a lot of activity and I was just

A: Yes these are rated as armor piercing. Cavemen armor consisted only
of a few leather hides.
Q: I have the old generation Assualt Rock with the BJ pressure switch
and have a question. I am wanting to purchase this new Assuault Rock with
new VJ pressure switch for my girl friend since she does not like the felt
recoil from the old style BJ Assualt Rock. She feels she is better equipped
to handle the newer VJ style Assualt Rock. Is there an aftermarket
conversion kit to convert the new VJ Assualt Rock to an old BJ style Assualt
Rock? I could kill two birds with one stone so to speak. If so then I could

A: I'm sorry but there is currently no upfitter kit available for the
first-gen models. But the way I see it, whether a VJ or a BJ, the end result
is the most important step.

sure that can be arranged.

A: I have not used this AR15 in any malicious manner, but due to its
age I can not give an accurate or complete record of any misdeeds it may
have mustered.
Q: From the lack of markings on this AR, I would say you have a rare
CSF (Caveman Special Forces) weapon not often seen for sale. The winner of

A: If the opposite of Pro is Con, is the opposite of Progress, Congress
? The facts would support a fist/foot ban but instead the geniuses in DC are
pushing for a rifle ban. I wouldn't put anything past them. Contact your
state legislators to put a stop to this madness!

Q: I'm pretty sure these were available with a stick and leather strap

A: If you file down the firing pin it would make this a semi-assault
weapon or a SAW, which has a different purpose than a rock. Don't believe
everything you rear on the Internets.

A: I can not answer the question about cooking, but I am confident that
this AR15 has multi-use properties where it would excel. Ex: wheel chock,
hammer, rock, ballast weight, decor, paperweight, etc. This AR15 is not
regulated or monitored by Big Brother so I think you're safe. Or are you?
Q: I had a nd with a previous model ar on dropped it on my foot.Are
there any safety features on this ar to prevent that from happening? Jan

A: If you're a conservative, I would recommend exercises to improve
manual dexterity. If you're a liberal, I would recommend steel toe boots.

A: This AR15 has no butt stock so minimum length does not apply.
Q: I am considering purchasing this for a somewhat dense co worker with
a somewhat shady past that always talks about wanting some kind of assault
thingy. As long as I don't mix this with mud, water any other items, would

A: A straw purchase would be required. When you mix it with mud and
water it makes adobe which can be just as strong as rock. I would keep it
out of the shade, and let it sun dry, to help keep it dense. I'm sure your
co-worker will appreciate the effort.
Q: Will NYC Mayor Bloomberg allow me (a lower class citizen) to conceal
carry this rock in a large soda cup over 16 ounces? Currently only movies
stars and people of "importance" are allowed to drink large soda's and

A: Probably not. Only the cops should have access to rocks. We don't
want innocent civilians getting shot. ;)
Q: What is the weight of this CAR-15? I am concerned that prolonged
carrying could be a problem. I don't like rocking the boat, but that is a

A: This is a full-size rock. I would suggest your wife wait for a
single-stack rock, unless she has a full-size rack to balance it out.
Q: Would this be legal around Public Schools? In Utah we are currently
offering "concealed rocks" courses for free to teachers. So far, other than
geology teachers, response has been low. Jan-09-13
A: I believe Utah has no rock restrictions regarding school carry.
Please confirm before carrying on school premises, but Utah allows CCR (
concealed carry rocks) at state universities, college campuses, and
elementary/secondary schools. Surprisingly enough, CCR hails from California
yet that state has some of the strictest rock control laws in the country.
I wonder how well the rock group groups rocks.
Q: Does any surface aspect allow this rock's trajectory to tumble if in

A: I can not respond to this question because I am trying to control my

Q: I would be interested in this for concealed carry but am concerned
about size. The last time I had a stone of that size, I got busted after "
printing" in the mall.Can you tell me if this AR can be easily hidden in my

A: That is a very broad question. Everybody is different in terms of
body type, physique, attire, etc. I would recommend finding some Ring's Blue
Rocks to see what size you're most comfortable with, and where. I prefer
hip carry. Belt and holster are crucial to a comfortable carry. Shoulder
rigs have their place, but the weather does not cooperate well with the
attire required to properly conceal a shoulder rig.
Q: Historical clarification. Following the Stone-Age these weapons were
demilitarized and many were intended for decorative purposes only. I may be
mistaken but under the current administration it may be a Federal offense
to dismantle a fireplace without the proper license. Jan-09-13
A: It is a state's right to regulate the dismantling of a fireplace.
The federal government has no business knowing what you do with your own
fireplace. Contact your state legislators to introduce and pass the
Fireplaces Freedom Act.
Q: Will you consider a "Buy It Now" option? I fear Obama might ban

A: Out of respect to the current bidders, I can not end this auction
early. That is the only way to revise the buying options. We all need to
contact our state representatives and senators to make sure our 2nd
Amendment rights remain intact!
Q: I live in California. Despite what most people think, the Assault
Rock-15 is actually legal to purchase, posses and use here. Millions of law
abiding Californians actually own one of these. However, due to a very
strict, and some what silly laws to prevent violence, in order to import
this item legally, one must modify the AR-15 with what looks like a fish
shaped grip wrap in order make it harmless looking enough to be legal here.
Now, most vendors choose not to deal with us because they feel it is too
troublesome, and might even get them into trouble with the CA Department of
Justice, despite its out of their jurisdiction. I will send you the
necessary part to make this CA compliant modification, will you do this so a
law abiding citizen like myself can enjoy owning this wonderful AR-15? .
Yea I know, sorry for asking you to jump through all the hoops, we have
strange laws here, but we've got great sushi, and we love AR-15's just like

A: The M16 is the longer range predecessor to the AR15, and was also
built out of Mud. The AR15 is constructed of a much more durable material.
Q: It looks as though I may have a multitude of these in the form of a
fireplace. What are the chances of these becoming worthy of defense purposes
should I choose to dislodge one and free it of its own mortarality ?

A: Well you have to ask yourself: Would you rather survive an attack
from a home intruder, or have an ugly fireplace? Any object can become a
