这四千多Demand整个FY2013都很难消化完。
剩下还有四千多库存慢慢转变成为Demand,整个FY2014都很难消化完。
没有消化完的要用到FY2015年的名额。
什么时候能够交I-485要看奥本想建立多少库存，主观色彩比较浓。
但是什么时候拿到绿卡似乎客观因素要多一些，PD2011的看这个情况要到FY2015-
FY2016之间才能绿了，这个等待时间和历史平均四年半左右倒也吻合。 |

preadjudicate完成，那么就顺利拿到一个visa number，这种情况根本在月初的demand

发帖数: 2769 | 8 demand截至2012年11月1日，F-4的队全世界一共有2,473,114人在NVC等候，其中墨西哥
746,137人，菲律宾188,521人，这两个国家排期落后于ROW。把这两个国家的人去掉，
其他国家包括中印在内目前是一个排期，这个队列中一共有1,538,456人在NVC等候。
supply方面，所有国家的F-4每年只有65,000个名额，除去墨西哥和菲律宾两个国家保
留的7%以外还剩下55,900个名额可供分配。通过以上两个数据简单计算一下，要把当前
的 demand 清空至少需要1,538,456/55,900=27.52年。考虑到目前排期的backlog是12
年左右，可以估计排期每前进1周平均需要2.29周的时间，基本符合“每月前进一两周
”的观察。。
以上的demand数据还是不包括I-485(AOS)的，但是FB方面I-485的数量本来就很少，基
本可以忽略不计（以去年中国为例，一共批了11,623个，CP就占了11,560个，AOS只有
63个）。 |

发帖数: 2769 | 9 众所周知，符合 EB3 的 applicant，如果有 5 年以上经验的可以重办 PERM、I-140
升级 EB2。对于 EB3ROW 来说，由于 EB2 没排期，升级后直接拿卡，好处是很明显的
。可以假定，基本上能升级的 EB3 ROW 都去升级了，那么剩下的要么是少数不想升级
的（工作稳定不愿意换），要么是不能升级的。不能升级的，如果工作坚持不到
current 就离职，排期到了也没法立即新 file。
如果 EB2/EB3 ROW 排期差距不到 5 年，很多想升级 EB3ROW 的还没到时间。但是如果
差距小于 5 年，demand 可能就会增多。
这个理论貌似可以解释为什么 2008 年 8 月以前的 EB3ROW 非常少。如果这个理论正
确的话，可以知道 EB3ROW 在 2009 年及以后的 demand 会逐渐增多。而 2008、2009
两年由于经济不好，PERM 本来就不多，所以真正能产生 demand 的应该是 2010 年 PD
的。
奥本这次放水只放出 2010 半年的，用不了多久应该还会再放水。 |

看了NIU的Demand Data，2008年还有325个未清名额，2009年的名额从这一财年开始的
2700减到了2275，少了425个名额，2010年之前的总demands是2600：
1。2009年的排期现在还在1月8号之前，怎么一下子少了这么多人？根据NIU的485数据
整个1和2月的485也才500出头？难道是升级降级婚姻跑了，而且是分布在整个2009年的
？不过一下子少了这么多也很不错了。假设是平均在全年，每个月大概少了41个名额。
2。2010年前的总demand从财年开始的3750减到现在的2600，用掉1150个名额。EB2全年
的名额是2960，也就是说还有1810个名额没用。根据NIU上的485数据可以判断出来这
1810个剩余名额应该可以清完7月以前的名额；不过也可能停在6月的某个时间（ＳＯ就
不讨论了）。
3。NIU评估现在每个月大概清空280个名额，如果继续下去的话，这1810个名额应该要6
个月消耗完，也就是说EB2前进的速度应该会保持在目前样子。
有不对的地方轻批啊。 |

我的观点来自上次2012年的放水。当年vb上怎么写的，现在也能看到。我想在2011年底
开始“放水”的时候，没有人会想到会放到2010年5月。 根据demand,放到2009年中就
足够了。
还有，准确一点说，FY2013年批准的perm数量只有2135。 Perm批准增加是FY2014 Q2开
始的，也就是说，demand应该从2013年下半年才开始增加。 |

因为只有把这个虚假的demand清空了，才能大幅进排期，那么EB3才能进门，EB2才有机
会降级
但是现在不能联系，现在一联系，本来对EB2没有过度反应的奥本，指不定一看其实数
字也差不多了，通知一下USCIS少发卡，发到了直接内部U，拿到卡才能减少demand不是
嘛，7-9还有2个月多一点，能多批掉一个EB2，对EB2和EB3来说都是好事呀 |

如果打算就是慢慢开，能到达地方就行，on demand awd哪里不如full time awd？
我的理解就是on demand加上traction/stability control，可以通过降低发动机功率来
降低对路面traction的需要。一个轮子打滑可以刹车，然后让另一个轮子抓地。然后前
后轴有转速差可以用粘液clutch向另外一个轴输出动力。有了这三个个本事，仅仅就通
过性和安全性，哪里比full time awd差了？ |

Truth-In-Lending里面有一个yes/no选项Demand Feature: This loan transaction
has a demand feature，loan agent选上了。
请问各位达人，这个选项是不是对借款人很不利啊？大家一般是怎么做的，是loan
agent一上来就没选呢，还是选了咱们push back，还是不可能push back？

is from North America --> 112.5k. I'd say this is not unexpected.
therefore, it's about time LR AWD/P orders are exhausted. In fact, there are
probably a bunch of new orders in the mix. Now they are trying to pull the
demand lever on the remaining half in NA. Next year is Europe and Asia on
