书，所以表面上看起来没什么问题。但谁知道呢，格林斯潘亲口说过中国买的美国国债

担保了。
所以吧，政治上这是不可能的。
法律、性质、资产都是屁。机构债券至少还有资产了，美国国债有什么？什么也没。
你说同样都是张纸的东西，你究竟信啥？ |

dodd-frank约束wall street bill.本来前任fed chairman也就三页纸。结果立法出来
上百页了。各利益集团都往里面加东西，后来被人发现，结果没人知道谁加进去的。议
员们揣着明白装糊涂。
而且美国立法可以不停的提amendments.这是另一个途径给加私货。比如下面这个
budget bill里，人家就能加进去关于狼的东西。

cssa都是有行规的， 你当初混过拿过好处的， 以后自然会有人找上来要求你贡献。
别光就想着吃肉了。
就算没临时住过别人家， 刚来报道， 开户， 买车， 之类的，都是自己来， 能力这
么强的会沦落到这种loser?
何况那还是80年代留学生， 还是公费， 来的第一件事就是向组织报道。 |

多已经上市的企业主动要求delist。
中国企业accounting都是一堆烂帐，来美国上市，就非要遵循美国花街的规则，很多中

发帖数: 1854 | 46 回购是不可能的。上市时候公司拿到的美元已经到手，不可能吐出来。美国也没指望拿
回来。
所谓Delisting，实际是止损。前面损失的就算了的意思。后面不再当冤大头，整体切
割。其效果在远期（两三年以上），不是立竿见影。
远期看（两三年这个尺度），如果真的下市，对中共公司的影响绝对很大，可以说伤筋
动骨。最起码，外债的成本大升，基本上到了借不起的地步。
中共近五年企业外债达到了5000亿-1万亿美元。差不多一、两个4万亿。如果借不到外
债，通货膨胀、外债还款压力，会让中共很难过。
毕竟集中力量干大事，死保一个华为、一个铁总就已经力不从心。再四下起火，只能加
深压榨，恶性循环。 |
