美国“人事”杂志（Human Events）邀请了15位保守派学者和公共政策领袖组成一个评
委会，来评比19到20世纪世界“十本最有害的书”（Ten Most Harmful Books）。每个
评委可以推荐一定数量的候选书目，然后给全体评委推荐的所有候选书目打分：一本书
如果被一个评委列为第一名（最有害的书），得10分，第二名得9分，依此类推。实至
名归，马克思和恩格斯合著的“共产党宣言”得了最高分，成为上两个世纪“最有害的

刚才，中国科学报记者就国家统计局公布粮食十一连增问题，采访笔者对此问题的
看法。国家统计局12月4日发布公告，2014年全国粮食总产量达到60709.9万吨（12142
亿斤），比2013年增加516万吨（103.2亿斤），增长0.9%。我国粮食总产量实现“十一
连增”从2010年开始，每年相对前一年的增幅分别为2.9%，4.52%，3.2%，2.1%，0.9%
。这个问题非常复杂，数据肯定是没有问题的，但关键是我们的粮仓里是否有这么多粮
食。现在需要澄清的问题是：
第一，中国18亿亩耕地撂荒的有多少？播种季节减少的耕地有多少？
第二，原本不缺粮食的省份，许多也开始缺粮，其原因是什么？
第三，既然已经产出了6亿多吨粮食，为什么还要那么多的进口？

I guess you missed the point. Officers who did not have high level command
do not qualify for the title of 名将, regardless of who he is. Zhang
shouldn't qualify. Neither should those other lower level officers cited in
the article.
Giving out this title to just about anyone seriously degrade the importance

我每年被分配评审近100个大学入学申请奖学金的高中生，

白人孩子也是一样拼的。。。。
