实际上，我觉得应该是从前人数数的时候的一种快速方法(为此创造的词）
再跳高一个层次——
英文整个体系耦合性特大，词本身多变，词和词之间相关，越演变越复杂。
中文很简洁，基本元素稳定，靠组合来达到语言目的。复杂性基本上不增加。
呵呵这个有点罗马数字的意思

开封没开封没多大的差别
开没开封都需要良好摆放才可以prolong它的life，保存好了可以用几十年
几个要点，放温度和湿度的浮动，要干燥，室温，平时我们人住的有ac的室内的湿度和
温度就可以，然后要避光，弱弱的不直射的光问题不大，不用的时候要盖上盖子，最后
少摇晃。就算是没开封的香水不照着上面几点做也是不行的。如果香水不多，不按照上
面所说也行，3年内用掉没什么大问题。我香水多，所以我不放在洗手间，放在客厅有
拉门的shelf上。
变质也不会怎样，只不过味道跟以前不太一样，那些oil decompose了味道就没那么新
鲜了 |

第一次染指ultra distance是2010年的Stevens Creek 50K, 8月的北加州加上金色的荒草
山，95F以上的温度，没有什么荫凉，mile 3我就跑爆掉了，一路连滚带爬叫苦连天的
哼哼六个半小
时完成之后，就嗷嗷喊着不再去遭这罪。不过还是好了伤疤忘了疼，今年年初，冲动的
报了LT100,
也就没多久，报了AR50，打算用这个local race作为100 mile的training run.
训练---“一盘棋的一部分”
没有特别针对ultra distance训练，过去几个月都是在跑base training为秋天要跑的
马养膘。
昨天跑的相对轻松，也完全是base training的功劳，还得继续忍。
比赛---“试验”
从来没有跑过的距离，比赛本身就是一个试验。这次也尝试了几样新装备（对我来说）。

The raw poo haven't been processed by bacteria is not ready
for direct use by plants. Even worse, the bacteria is taking
nutrients from the soil to break it down so it might harm your
plants. It is the same process happen in the compose bin.
Decompose it before place it into the soil is better, especially

What is available in stores is wheat straw, the yellowish stuff you see on

The best way to turn a piece of lawn into a vege garden, IMHO, is not to use
a tiller to do the hard labor work.
Instead, you build a raised bed on top of it directly.
First, you lay cardboards or grocery paper bags on top of the grass.
Then, you cover them with top soil or garden soil. Make sure your top soil
is thick enough for your raised bed. The buried grass will die soon due to

composting，不然就只是decompose，最終的效果雖然一樣，但會慢很多。
grassclipping或悶死的草坪緩慢分解後基本是氮，但若你不經過composting，
grassclipping不一定會壞事，但對作物可貢獻的養份不多。
Sheet mulching好處是省事，不用翻土。但是種東西的規矩是10 dollar plants, 100
dollar hole。你不翻土，compost質量也不足，或許這才是上回菜長不太好的原因。 |
