ambient interior noise levels over a previously tested 2015 CR-V Touring AWD
."
A reduction of 3db means the noise is half as loud, so it seems as though
the new model is significantly quieter. |

decibel是以10为底的，我想当然没查书就说是以自然对数为底的。
但是确实是以对数形式增长。所以130分贝是65分贝以10为底的对数2倍。
还有一点比较tricky的是，decibel有三个标准，SPL，SL，HL
即sound pressure level, sensation level, hearing level.
并不是所有人都能translate一个SPL dB到同一个HL dB,或者SL dB的。
我是学中枢听力／语言障碍的，所以对神经，病理，老年病，语言学和声学，都很感兴
趣。
不是神马专家，欢迎探讨。
唯一的用处就是，如果你们想测听力，或者给宝宝测早期的OAE，ABR啥的，我能帮点忙。

前一阵子有事出远门，在Idaho State Highway55上超速(65->80+)被idaho警察盯上。
过了1~2mile进了山道才注意到后面警车，闪灯，但没警笛，因为是第一次被警察跟，
所以鬼使神差地没意识到应该pull over。继续开，跟随车流，速度65-70。中途有个路
段有超车道，从后视镜看见警车没走超车道，更鬼使神差地以为警车没在工作中，以为

出了山道我前面有两辆车停路边了，第三辆停的时候停得很快且没停好，占了部分行车
道。我为了躲这第三辆车，只好往左打方向盘绕过去。结果过了中间的黄色虚线一点，
对面也来一辆车，差那么几秒就可能撞上了。
又开了一段，最后在前面的路口有另一个警察站车边用手示意我停车，我就规规矩矩地

STC: 一般single pane是27, double pane 29, triple pane 30。两层窗户中间隔4"-5
"是48左右。如果用惰性气体+laminated glass或者两个double pane会更高。
给人家提议triple pane，多花很多钱根本起不到任何明显的隔音作用(a STC increase of 1-
3, rated "Almost imperceptible")。不了解还是不要给别人乱提建议。
