实现的。

这个datasheet说的spi，和一般说的低速设备常用的i2c，spi不同，是专门为Serial
flash做的接口。SPI不是成文协议，只要有3根或者4根线类似定义的串行通信都可以这
么叫。
恰好有人做了基于mips和serial flash的Arduino方案，其中spi用的不是内存控制器的
，而是用gpio模拟。
所以教科书是没错的，专业设计不能让慢速总线拖后腿，给老师代个好吧。 |

1.ORDER到了后，一定要看看storage的条件，是放-70C的还是4C，一旦放错了可能后面
的试验就玄了
2.查一下datasheet,确定一下：溶解性和溶液稳定性，很多无机盐是不溶于PBS，同时
溶解性与PH关系很大
3.冰箱里拿出的东西，如果马上暴露空气，会剧烈吸潮，因此湿度敏感的东西几下就会
坏掉。所以如果不是一次性用掉，要放到室温再称量
4.生长因子、抗体和核酸冻干粉，开盖前先高速SPIN DOWN，然后再溶解，根据需要分
装，不要偷懒反复冻融
5.如果溶液中没有保护蛋白，用.22膜过滤时（大多是cellulose)会损失大量的带电溶
质，如cytokine，Abs和siRNA等等。一般使用时浓度都很低，一过就没了。

some other lab.
They are NOT reusable.
For chloraform, you probably should try the nelon filter. However I suggest
you to call the technical support of that company or look up the product
datasheet to confirm.
The other thing you can try is pipet filter, but they are more expensive
than the syringe filter in my memory. |

1 这种beads使用前想离心wash，很难离心下去，因为很细小。一般每次用多少转速多

2 100 ul beads最多能结合多少毫克蛋白？
这两个问题sigma的datasheet上都没说（或者我没找到）。

授，弄个概念来挖一辈子，实验室养几个人，几年出一篇文章，优哉游哉。未见得挖得
深，但挖得久是一定的。
现在人多了，有热点，都是一窝风扑上去。Poo老说Idea is cheap，其实也未必。第一
个吃螃蟹的还是勇。关键是后面跟了一槽拿刀叉的。你抖索索咬下第一口，＂嗯，能吃
＂。哗，后面冲上来几百号加油添醋的。你只做了个水煮螃蟹，立刻就有人给搞香辣的
，干煸的...哪怕自己是烧豆腐的，也要搞个蟹黄豆腐出来。两三年把文章从CNS发到PLoS ONE。然后呢？拿着作料刀叉找下一只螃蟹。
我现在很多文章看着就头疼。一个蛋白一搜就是上百篇文章。做得那是方方面面，但细
看其实就是那只螃蟹。所以说，看文章不如读综述，读综述不如看Abstract，看
Abstract不如直接看抗体Datasheet。
唉，我还是太懒了... |

且我做过不少positive selection，CD11b, CD11c, NK, 或者直接用anti-PE/APC，对
于很小的populations，纯度很难达到>70%。不过sorting确实很painful。 |

1. You should have filled out this information in the datasheet.
2. All the accounting majors get pretty much the same training. They konw what
you must have learn just based on your track (assurance, ais or tax)
3. You should try to input other more important stuff.
4. It would be even better if you can show them that you are doing multiple
things at one time. Because they need people who can work harder and be
efficient. Plus, you would have more to talk about.

saw and hear.
All the big 4 asked us to fill out a datasheet, in which you fill out some of
the courses you take and also your GRE, GMAT score. I don't know about other
firms though, because I didn't interview with them.
Our advisor did ask us to put our GPA and GMAT scores on the resume because
they are pretty high and would catch the interviewers' attention. Indeed, it
did.
When Big 4 gave us interviews, they never ask |

into oscillation if you aren't careful with its layout, and power supply
decoupling.
it doesn't have high current capability so short of mis-wiring, your cuircit
is almost surely oscillating. the chip is likely done.
go through the datasheet and pay particular attention to decoupling and
layout and get a scope to see the output wave form. |

The GPIB protocol is pretty simple. You might purchase a GPIB card with USB
port connection. Then install the driver and invoke visa functions.
The received data can be read by the GPIB port and stored wherever you want.

particular attention to the forward voltage drop vs. forward current curve,
and you will understand it.
very rarely an onboard voltage reference is just a diode. it is more like a
constant current source going into a diode, and with some feedback to
maintain stability and accuracy (aka tl431 style). |

bandgap comes in many shapes and forms but lm113 is probably some of the
best examples on how bandgap voltage reference work.
so here it is.
can your bandgap textbooks tell us how it works? specifically, Q1/Q2/Q4 and
Q7/Q9?
it may help if you simplifies the schematic a little bit but I will leave
