乱， 都说oracle的database最赚钱， 但我没编过只用过database, 上的几门课主要

1、iDirect公司支持H1B和绿卡；
2、这次，软件部分一共有8个位置，我们一个多月之前就开始招人，但是一直没有找到
合适的人选，所以现在还是8个位置；
3、如果申请NMS的位置，请在简历中强调Java经历，这次招人主要是做web；如果申请
Datapath的位置，请在简历中强调C++的经历；
4、有其他部门也招人，请看相关链接，我不熟悉。
5、iDirect这个公司挺好的，在现在整体经济情况不好的情况下运营很好，持续在招人
。我进这个公司两年多，公司人数扩张一倍。
6、根据公司运营情况，会有20%的bonus.
7、 这次招的都是entry level的，所以主要招刚毕业的
8、面试问题应该全部是technical问题，应该没有personality问题和智力题 |

缺点是dual via 会增加该连线的parasitic capacitance, 由此使得其所属的datapath
(or clock path, depending on where this wire is used) delay 增加以及连线驱
动端的transition time增加，直接影响到timing (setup/hold/max_trans). 这种影响
在90nm及以下的digital IC design中成为timing closure 不可忽视的一个因素。通常
做法都是在timing 基本clean的情况下，加入dual via, 再做一次timing eco 把其所
引入的violations 给fix 掉。
