我在台南乡下长大，上的一直是公立学校，读的也只是当时的标准课本。内容不多，全
凭死记所以除了我自己喜欢的诗词古文和数学物理之外，其他的科目十分枯燥无味，我
只是纯为考试而读书，对历史的态度也是如此。尤其台湾的历史课本编写人水准极差，
不但要为政治服务，即使是与当权政体无关的事，也是只写表面，敷衍了事。一直到在
清华的第二年，修了“中国历史”，教授提到了陈寅恪的关陇集团理论，用来解释武则
天一生政治斗争的内幕，我才第一次看到，原来探索历史幕后的真相可以这么有趣：只
要从深一层想，了解历史人物的环境和动机，他们所经历的事件就忽然活了，他们所作
的选择也有了道理;而这些幕后的环境和动机又常常在不同的时地重新出现，因此表面
上无关的一群随机事件，其实会有脉络可循。这就和学习基础科的经験很相似了：亦即
研究得越深刻，理论的通用性就越广所以从大二开始，我对人类的历史，有了新的认知
和兴趣;离开物理界，改做金融之后，更对团体与个人之间的互动有了较深的体験，从

。7月9日下午，家人紧急将她送往渭南市第三医院抢救。
上述医院一名工作人员表示，莹莹被送至医院时左手有个被蛇咬的红点。“查体过
程中，她呼吸、心跳停止，经过紧急抢救后才恢复心跳，但无法自主呼吸。”
“以前不知道孩子养蛇，这蛇太毒了，找到血清时已经晚了，注射了也没有用。”
7月14日，她的母亲告诉新京报记者，莹莹被咬6小时后，在当地找到一支银环蛇血清，
注射后其身体没有好转。后来通过各方面努力，又在上海找到4支银环蛇的血清。
但在重症监护室多日，莹莹一直处于昏迷、无自主呼吸状态。7月11日上午，莹莹
转院到陕西省人民医院治疗。此后，医院宣布其脑死亡。家人无奈只能选择放弃治疗，
目前莹莹在家靠呼吸机维持生命体征。
据当地媒体报道，参与救治的医生介绍，其从莹莹手机的网购聊天记录上看到，卖
家明确告知银环蛇有剧毒，并问她购买用途，其回复称为了泡酒。“目前手机已被警方
带走，做进一步调查。”此外，莹莹亲友透露，其网购银环蛇是当宠物养。

比较解剖学，暴露了进化论的逻辑错误──循环论证
科学上，如果一个理论的证明违背逻辑，这个理论就不能成立，但是人们对进化论的逻
辑错误却不予深究，也是因为深究起来，就没有证据可言了。许多人对这话感到惊讶？
其实，问题的揭示会使你更惊讶。用比较解剖学来论证进化，形象地说就是：“如果人
是猿进化来的，人和猿就会有许多相近的特征；因为人和猿有许多近似之处，所以人就

战争是我们人性中残存的兽性表现。把商业比作战争，不仅是比类不伦，而且严重地破
坏商业道德。“诚实是最好的政策”这句西方格言，特别适用于商业。
“竞争”是人类社会中很常见的名词，甚至是人人的口头禅，而“优胜劣败”也被当成
竞争行为的结果，在这种似乎并不离谱的理解中，其实仍然存在着一些谬误，尤其对市
场内商业行为的竞争更有着极端错误的理解，此由“商场如战场”已是人们琅琅上口已
可见知其一斑。甚至于，不但将同业间的竞争比喻“商战”，进而把买卖双方的关系看
作战争非得你死我活或我死你活不可。
“商场如战场”错得离谱
为何把同业间竞争的商场看作战场这一谬见得以流行，很可能与达尔文（Charles R.
Darwin，一八零九至一八八二年）进化论的“物竞天择”有关联。不过，达尔文所谓“
物竞天择”的“优胜劣败”，充其量只能是生物学上的争斗。指的是一般动物为争取赖
以生存的食物和环境而作的“生死斗争”。但是，人类自由市场同业间的竞争，是“社
会竞争”，是人们在社会合作的制度下，为争取最有利的地位而作的自我努力。

Instead of demanding mandatory insurance, how about we demand you liberals
to take care of your own health so that you won't be that big a social
