modern game imposes on its players. Or maybe he's just a guy who had a
problem and it happened to manifest in the most public of arenas. Maybe with
some time and the proper coaching he can still be The Guy who gets The Guy

把射术练好，用match grade的好子弹，你的四发一寸，0.75寸的，都有潜力五发sub
moa。
Daniel defense的军标扳机重且硬，优点是还算脆。换个geissele match trigger打精
度会好些

第一次连裤子都湿透了。。。
对比了一下SmartCoach和AM的plan， 感觉SmartCoach太糙， AM太繁。。
Danniel's running formula基本上回答了训练该跑多快跑多久这个最重要的问题。。
从新手到elite都可以follow他家的训练原则。。
（注意是原则，不是plan， 实际上我也不喜欢它家的Plan）

里弹由这些交响曲改编的四手连弹，所以早在听到或指挥它们之前我就已经熟悉这些作品
了，但我还很清楚地记得我11岁时由富特文革勒在萨尔斯堡音乐节上指挥贝多芬第七、第
八的那场音乐会，它改变了我以前感受和理解音乐的方式，尤其是第七的末乐章是如此不
可抵抗。
1952年去以色列时，我作为独奏与指挥乔治.辛格合作演奏协奏曲。辛格是捷克血统，当
时他在以色列以及欧洲的几个歌剧院很活跃，他对我很感兴趣。令他心烦的一件事是他不
