because of they are cashing out, if you read any of the news describing the
deal at all. They are not a dying company that needs to exit from EV
business.
In fact, Daimler invested way more and way early in this business than
Toyota.
As of Oct 31st, they still have 4.3% of Tesla stake and plan to hold onto it

比如Renault、Nissan结盟后，现在的Nissan如新Altima等都是和Renault共享平台
Renault也在用Nissan的V6
Ford收购Volvo后，Volvo平台在Ford内部比比皆是，收购Aston Martin、Jaguar、Land
Rover后，它们的引擎实际上都过渡到了Ford引擎，即便被卖掉后暂时还是Ford引擎
Ford控股Mazda后，Mazda和Ford不但平台共享，引擎等核心技术也都是共享的了
GM收购Saab后，Saab全面转向GM平台、引擎，自己原有的特征技术，比如引擎管理系统，
都渐渐淡出了
GM控股Subaru后，千方百计要把Subaru的平台用在Saab等品牌上，尝试不成功后就匆匆

Denso相当于Bosch了吧，Bosch是Daimler集团下面的吗？
Aisin相当于ZF了吧（实际上横置纵置各种档次都算上，Aisin在AT市场的份额比ZF大多
了），ZF也不是Daimler集团的吧……MB自己虽然也搞变速器，但无论技术水平还是种
类、适用范畴，都和Aisin差了不少……
至于说AWD，更别比了……JTEKT是世界最大的AWD供货商，什么类型的AWD都能搞，连
Torsen都纳入旗下N年了……MB的AWD用了不少Magna和Haldex的东西不说，单轮技术水

的利润。
丰田的2012财务报表：

它主要在Financial Services上面赚得多。光是看汽车制造上面，net revenue是$
226,106mm，但对应operating income才只有$264mm，这应该算是razor thin的profit
了，只有0.1%多一点的利润；相比之下还是丰田的金融部门利润高，竟然有$3,728的
operating income。我查了一下丰田发行挺多coporate bond的，生财有道啊。跟一些
人直觉相反，其实丰田在造汽车上面还真不能算省成本，才这0.1% income......
Daimler集团的报表我没有找到关于各部门分类的数据，所以无法直接比较。不过就算
有同类报表，也不能直接比较。因为丰田用的是US GAAP标准；而Daimler是欧洲公司，

其实它主要在Financial Services上面赚得多。光是看汽车制造上面，net revenue是$
226,106mm，但operating income才只有$264mm，这应该算是razor thin的profit了，
只有0.1%多一点的利润；相比之下还是丰田的金融部门利润高，竟然有$3,728的
operating income。我查了一下丰田发行挺多coporate bond的，生财有道啊。这样看
来其实丰田在造汽车上面还真不能算省成本，才这0.1%的income......
Daimler集团的报表我没有找到关于各部门分类的数据，所以无法直接比较。不过就算
有同类报表，也不能直接比较。因为丰田用的是US GAAP的记账标准；而Daimler是欧洲
公司，用的是IFRS标准，两者之间有不少差别。倒是可以拿美国三大的报表去比较，因
为美国公司必定要用US GAAP的。

bailout，三思后放弃了，保留了卡车业务，把Mits轿车业务的股份卖回给了三菱财阀 |

发帖数: 19468 | 50 日本卡车厂商的强项是轻型和中型，岛国对重卡的需求和大陆应该没法比。我估计Fuso
的轻、中型卡车应该是以日本的研发力量为主，重卡只有Super Great系列，车架是不
是Fuso自己的不太清楚，引擎肯定是和Daimler旗下其它重卡共享的，不过貌似Daimler
最新的重卡柴油机是先给Fuso用的，因为日本相关的排放标准最严格。 |
