bond, 4-5% yield. Very low risk investment grade corporate bond, Genworth 7
% yield for 8-9 year maturity. Low risk junk bond, JC penny, 10% yield,
CUSIP 708160BQ8, coupon 8%, you can buy it now at $92 for $100 face value,
if no bankruptcy before 4/1/2017. |

一个简单的cusip（30min-1hr的工作量）公司charge $5K。想自己出来成立一个公司单
干fixed income valuation，应该margin比较大。因为现在illiquid products太多。
现在有两个concern, 1. need a lawyer to hedge the risk...like what if the
clients got inspected by SEC and SEC thinks differently of what we did. Will
my client get fined or should we pay the fine. 2. 如何marketing做好拿到
clients，不能reach out to the firm current clients.
没有开公司的经验，在DC地区，请大家指点！谢谢！ |

版上考古，像PCX这种刚刚宣布chapter 11，曾经辉煌过的实体公司（有厂房，设备，
技术）， 可以考虑买它的债券， 往往过了一段时间（一, 两个月）能涨50%左右。
chapter11 是很受债权人喜欢的。通过资产重组，原来的债务可以转化成股权。
老股东被驱逐；债权人变成新股东，继续经营。另外，Bonds是有mortgage的，也就是
说是有抵押物的，一般用土地抵押的多，也有厂房。即使破产清算，回报还是有保证的
，优先级比股票要高。

6.1%. 如果买PSEC的股票，目前有12%的股息，风险当然比它的债券大。ETF中的BBN，
