I only remember I said it once, if someone could really cure Cold, he/she
should win the Nobel Prize. I still think so. Because Cold is such a common
disease, and there's still no cure for it.

Level III: case report, clinical experience, expert opinion etc

不是很清楚，上表面的似乎很小，但是下面的似乎很大。那个应该不是curing crack.
而且控制curing crack的手段很多，也都不难实施，从施工的角度上讲，新房子做到让
你看不到裂缝并不难。
关于这个问题，
在地下室的水泥地上的那些curing crack都是把整个地板都裂透的吗?还是
只有表面极浅表的一层是裂开的?
我的理解是，如果楼板有正常数量的钢筋的话，应该只有很浅的表层裂开的--而且，裂
缝应该很细小。
请楼主描述一下，
1）裂缝宽度是不是下面宽大，上面小。
2）走向是竖直方向，还是倾斜的。（从图上看基本是竖直的，请确认）
3）裂缝上面的墙，有没有跟着开裂
4）看看开裂的地方的墙顶部，地下室的地板，等等地方，是不是水平的--建议找个好
点的level测量一下。home depot, lowes都有卖的。地表面局部不太平是正常的，但是
楼不要整体往一个方向倾斜。
5）地下室屋面的开裂是什么情况的。请描述一下。
水气渗出，最好仔细弄个什么东西测量一下。在屋子外边浇水，看看有没有湿气渗入。
