看了xuwenbo82兄发表的《南美血战：几乎亡国灭种的巴拉圭战争》，一时兴起，趁在
家休息的机会做个南美战争系列和大家一起挖掘一下这个很少被中国人所知的大洲。
今天先来讲下xuwenbo82兄讲过的巴拉圭战争。巴拉圭战争也称三国同盟战争。三国同
盟（Triple Alliance），顾名思义，就是三个国家，为共同的目的和行动而缔订条约
，结成联合关系，来捍卫自己的利益、消灭异己或对抗外来的威胁。自古到今，西方历
史上出现过为数不少的三国同盟关系，而这些三国同盟对历史所造成的影响，也许没有
一个像公元1865年拉丁美洲的巴西、阿根廷和乌拉圭所秘密签署的三国对抗巴拉圭秘密
条约（The Secret Treaty of the Triple Alliance against Paraguay）一样，那么
血腥残酷，几乎造成一个国家的灭亡和种族的灭绝。历史上称这一个恐布的战争为三国

Cuba Libre，粗略学习了一下古巴历史
原来巴蒂斯塔也没有那么坏啊，军人出身，为改变古巴政局混乱状态发动不流血政变，
一开始垂帘听政，后来在40年代正式参选总统上台时候，大力推行民主新政，通过了很
多增强民主人权的法案，很受人民拥护。之后主动下野到美国养老。后来发现古巴又变
乱了，50年代初从新回到古巴执政。这期间出现独裁倾向，人民抗议。卡斯特罗公然发
动武装暴动袭击兵营，这是严重叛乱，按律当斩，结果巴蒂斯塔还把他特赦了。
最可笑的是，卡斯特罗兄弟出狱后流亡墨西哥，在那里跟切格瓦拉串联，偷渡回古巴山
区，搞了一千多人游击队，还分兵两路，分别攻打圣地亚哥和哈瓦那。巴蒂斯塔三万五
千人的军队面对一千人的土匪居然不做任何抵抗，在一夜之间投降。实在是不可思议。
