真心不爱吃这些甜的东西，而且现在每天热量都吃得足足的，也不用拿这个塞热量。搞
得我现在有点头痛这些bar咋办……反正坚果跟这些bar就是二选一，有一个就没另外一
个。所以估计等把家里这些坚果吃完了就又会开始吃了吧
你那次推荐的chocolate chrisp什么的，不好吃啊……一点都不crunchy and crispy，
有点潮，吃起来像吃潮掉了的炒米一样。 |

四月下旬的Snowbird依然雪况不错，头两天下了4到6英寸的雪，上周六上午跑到
snowbird滑到缆车停。太阳亮灿灿地暖和着，有人穿T-shirt，比基尼却没见到。一天
下来，从powdery，到icy，crunchy，到slushy，干粉，冰面，和雪与水交融的各种雪
况一天内都滑到了。这一天下来，居然滑得膝盖有一点点酸了。
雪季末的特别之处是滑完了雪，可以去欣赏盛放的郁金香花！盐湖城的滑雪场近，郁金
香节的花园也近。我滑完雪没换衣服就跟kolaz美眉，easylifee， xyzok一起跑去了。
郁金香的品种不少，我只很粗略数了一下，就有20种以上。公园里的游人都从初夏里来
，而我是从末冬里来。不少人看着我穿着滑雪服微笑地送过来白眼。郁金香花盛放着，
不远处就是雪山。一天之内，我也从冬天到了春天，再仿佛跋涉到雪山上忽然身临于遍
地的鲜花之中。
从雪山到郁金香，雪山脚下的郁金香，这个完美的组合构成了雪季末特别的一天。

resort inbound内，陡坡也能找到，季初到处是石头的道也有，雪况上icy crunchy
powdery wet 什么也都有。
我理解的BC跟inbound不同的，更多的是在于identify hazard(avalanche prone,
cliff), 安全措施，路线选择，这些方面。雪况上可能遇到powder/wind-pack powder,
crud的几率更高些。但是这些在雪场内也都有。 |

Initial impression, I really like the new amp sim in the II.
Only tried some basic preset, bassman, plexi, shiva...
Like the clean and crunchy tones very much. They are very touch sensitive.
So you can control what kind of sound you want to play. A tiny change on the
attack will be reflected on the sound.
After I sold my Ultra, I mostly used my old Line 6 X3 and Guitar Rig4 for
playing. I can immediately feel the difference. |

但是弹电琴的人都知道，电琴上的volume虽然有调整音量的作用，但是和很多电子管箱
上的volume 一样，有调整gain的作用。2,3,4可能是clean，5,6虽然声大，已经是
crunchy tone了，再往上，音量没有变大，但是音色已经变失真音色了。
所以我说她没弹过电琴 |

我发现英文里面对味觉的形容词很不发达。
比方说腥和鲜，英文里就没有适当的词。
而辛，辣，麻，中文里是分开的，但是英文里只能笼统的用spicy or hot 来形容。偏
偏hot 本身又和温度有关，所以经常会造成误会。比方说hot noodle. 到底是热面还是
辣面？往往需要人反问一次才能确定。 |

我家没有挂面了，就用辛拉面煮好面条把水控干，然后拌花生酱crunchy的那种，加点
虾皮，少量酱油，在煎个蛋皮，切成条拌在一起，再随便炒个青菜就可以吃了。
夏天吃起来很凉快也很方便。我已经连续两天午饭吃这个了，还没吃够。
早上起得晚，早饭就省了。

peanut crunch biscuits
1 cup wheat germ
3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup whole rolled oats
1 cup all natural crunchy peanut butter
3 tablespoons canola oil (or your favorite oil)
1 egg
1 cup water
preheat oven to 300F. adjust rack to the lower third of the oven.
Combine all ingredients together and mix well. on a lightly floured surface,
roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake 40 minutes. Turn off oven but

本来不想更新得这么勤快的，但是现在已经发展到更新频率不能由自己决定了，天天有
人催。【小觅的美食日记】同时在我经常逛的几个论坛发，然后还有博客、校内、
Facebook之类的（请问我还要好自恋？！），每天打开电脑就看见朋友们的留言期待新
日记，去学校和Canterbury House遇到各国熟人，第一句话也是“你昨天更新的那个什
么XXX看着好好吃啊，今天又做了什么好东西啊”。昨天在Boston的弟弟又追问最近有
没有什么新菜式，他想死湘菜了。（看来我的确是太久没有更新关于湘菜的美食日记了
哈，要自我检讨！）另外，昨天半夜就差一秒准备关电脑睡觉了，娇姐一条信息过来咨
询更新事宜，我又不好意思的继续写了半个小时，完成了一篇recipe的中英文版。虽然
天天被催多多少少有点压力，不过真的是感谢大家给我的压力，我可不可以再次自恋的
