- 主人问你好不好喝，如果是红的，就恭维well-balanced，如果是白的，就恭维说很
crisp，但是Chardonnay不能说crisp
- 别人问你喜欢什么牌子的，就说robert mondavi和BV还凑合，但必须是他们NAPA原产
的，不能是他们三个档次中次两档的，如果你知道某个南美或新西兰的牌子，就更有得
装了，记住不要说喜欢法国

Zhang Feng确实很牛。
但Crisp这一系列的paper，除了第一批和Church back to back的那篇science,后面
的double nick,whole genome都是可以想见的，很多人都在做，只是mit资源（人，物
较其他地方多）。
即使Crisp的第一批次的paper，credit很多程度也属于2012年的Science paper，这篇
基本上确定了大的框架，并指出了可以用于genome editing.
