states, including California, hit and run property damage is not covered
by UM. You need to identify the car or driver and if insurance company
can confirm they don't have insurance, or cannot get insurance info from

说只有你的自己的车的保险或者在rental买的保险 付完能付的bill后，这个coverage
才起作用。

请问没有保险的情况下，允许把这个房子卖掉吗？
另外，一些卖房代理，极力推荐我立即购买一个房屋保险。请问
如果我买一个房屋保险，里面不住人，
是不是一下这些部分可以不买：
Coverage C- Personal Property/Contents：这部分保险是保护由于灾害、盗窃等造成
的保险人私人物品损害产生的损失。
Coverage D- Loss of Use: 当保险人由于房屋损害，不得不发生住宿、饮食等相关的
费用时，由保险公司承担。上限一般为主保险的20%。
Coverage E- Personal Liability Insurance: 居住期间由房屋造成他人损害并且被起
诉所产生的法律纠纷等费用。例如某人在你的台阶上滑到，并起诉你以获得赔偿。
Coverage F – Medical Payment coverage: 居住期间由房屋造成他人损害但未被起诉

offered by credit cards is who is responsible for paying the damage first.
With primary coverage, there's never an issue if you have any other coverage
