经被FBI interview 过两次，也上交了所有材料，没问题，跟stone 自己作证的内容一
致；
现在，muller 又突然想再次传miller 去他们特委会的 grand jury 作证，miller 拒
绝，被发传票，又拒绝，被法官判 contempt，
看下面他的律师解释，这是故意的，有这个 contempt，他们才可以appeal，直到打倒
高院，主要是挑战muller的特委会不合法，因为不是大AG 指定的等等，看下面细节！
这个miller 案子背后有个什么组织财力支持，打到哪儿，就支持到哪儿；打输了，就

his U01 is funded because he has to get senators and congressmen involved.
It is very political and the counsel meeting over-ruled one reviewer for
some unknown reasons that he won't tell me. Your counsel meeting is over,
it could be too late to do anything except resubmission. I will still call
my PO because it is the PO's job unless you have been calling him/her 24/7. |

Counseling就是大家说的心理咨询，学校每学期给每个学生有几次免费的咨询，很多国
人听到心理咨询可能很容易联想到精神疾病之类的，其实没那么严重，心情不好都可以
去找他们去聊天，这里的心理咨询更像国内的知心大妈，要是真有问题才把你往医院送
，老美心理不舒服一般不向朋友，家人倾倒，那样会影响信任自己的亲朋的心理状况，
很多都是到心理咨询去找专业的心理咨询人员，大体就是聊天，这和教会向神父忏悔有
点类似，通过谈话避免压力的积累。
建议给高年级的博士生提供相关信息，鼓励他们心情不好的时候去找心理咨询，这其实
没什么，不用讳疾忌医，不会有人把你当精神病人的，心情不好和精神疾病还远着呢，
这远比等事情发展到不可补救的地步要好的多。 |

人。这样做，是他潜意识里觉得家里是他可以依赖可以放纵的地方，家里人的爱可以包
容他的坏脾气。他没有意识到他这样的发泄对爱他的人的伤害。你应该在他冷静下来的
时候，严肃认真地跟他谈谈你的感受。也许他可能听不进去，所以我建议你们俩一同去
找marriage counseling，让第三方的专业人士分析一下婚姻中存在的问题，让他意识

开始下腹坠胀，下腹膨出，胃肠胀气，去了很多医院检查不出原因，后来下诊断为焦虑
症。2011年1月开始失眠，有时整夜不能眠。后来不能上班在家里休息。有一天突然发
现自己面部僵硬，有时要不停地来回踱步，大声唱歌才能平静。二月份发展到怕声音，
怕光，怕树木，看着汽车就想着棺材，啃排骨就想着死尸。怕一个人被留在家里。又担
心失去工作和绿卡。3月终于去看了心理医生，开了RISPEDOLE 和 LEXAPRO。 4，5 月
时好时坏，很多时候担心有回到2月份最糟的样子。每天不停地要找事做心里才好受一
点，坐不住，有时又想着和死亡有关的话题，如人为什么会老会死，沙发为什么会旧，
抱怨医生药没有开对。从3月到现在一直COUNSELING。6月中开始有质的好转，很多时候

对于用户来说，nothing to lose，对于bank来说，就得掂量投入产出比了。像maxx7说
的如果一个case，citi就要花$3200，而这个客户本身只是要求拿回价值$1000-2000的
rewards，citi就会衡量一下了。Citi in-house legal counsel的主要职责应该不是应
付几百个这样的small case。就算这个legal counsel能打赢100%的这类官司，几百个
下来这一年都不要做其他事情了。这会是一个市场化调节的过程，最后会达到一个平衡
，也就是citi出一个合理的在关帐号后rewards处理方案的政策。现在一关立刻没收
rewards是突然拍脑袋的想法，必然会被很多人sue。当年ebay非常突然的停止gc买gc政
策，最后也因为各种压力又给了一个月gc买gc的窗口。

发帖数: 1141 | 45 看来还是对这个系统不了解啊.CPS一般的程序是,有人举报,CPS去调查,做个现场的临时
评估,认为有protential danger 就要把宝宝待到children's village, 等上family
court, 一般也就是下个工作日就能排到,法官大致看一下案子,如果认为这个
protential danger 还是可能伤害到宝宝,就给宝宝安排foster family,这个时候亲生
父母可以要求自己的kinship来做foster family,比如宝宝的外公外婆,姨妈姑姑之类的
.然后给亲生父母court order比如去上parenting class, 去看counseling,父母可以要
求visitation. 再过一段时间,可以根据counseling的评估,来要求宝宝stay over the
weekend. 最后完成了parenting class course,或者有些案例需要父母去戒毒 戒酒,完
成那个program,法官就会把宝宝还给你. family court terminate your parental

发帖数: 36 | 46 没看出楼主老公坏到不能接受。做marriage counseling试试吧。让他多带孩子，和孩
子感情越好越愿意带孩子。
我在家带娃，娃不上学时很忙，晚上老公回来，他抱怨几句我就会暴跳如雷，我也摔了
手机、砸了电视。我觉得这是anger management的问题，把自己白天的不愉快找机会发
泄，和人品无关，做了counseling后，娃上学后我心情好了，发脾气就少了。我也讨厌
别人唠叨，老公反复催我收拾屋，我也挺烦的，后来老公用“I feel xxx when xxxx"
的方式说出来，两人一起收拾，成功概率就大一些了。
我怀孕期间工作家务都和以前一样，个人觉得，怀孕不是生病，不需要照顾啊。但是小
孩出生后，老公是应该多帮忙的，不然以后不亲就更不想照顾小孩了
没有多少感情基础，的确需要更多努力维持婚姻，但是已经到这一步，还是再试试吧

和婚姻。
但是我觉的楼主的LG， 问题是很严重的， 虽然你口口声声说自己是不错的丈夫， 不
错的爸爸， 但是你很严重的问题就是， 你根本不懂得如何经营感情。 从你那个关于
marriage counseling的贴了看出来的。
而且楼主LG对于婚姻的态度， 挺可怕的， 过日子不是物质满足， 精神满足更重要，
你口口声声说有车有房啥都不缺， 可是我感觉， 也许你没有能力给你太太精神上的满
足， 而你太太本身又不是特别会沟通引导的人， 导致两个人之间的矛盾越来越深。
什么叫钱都在共同帐号里面，想花就花， 难道给太太精心选一个礼物， 让她回家看到
一个惊喜有那么难吗？ 什么叫我要送你一个戒指， 口上说说有意思吗？ 你有没有主
动带她去看， 为她喜欢什么？ 在你太太需要语言安慰的时候， 你都做过什么？ 我觉
的你太太可能就是口头上硬， 但是心里很软， 所以以前不满意闹闹， 最后都没有问
题， 孩子都生了， 你温柔体贴精神上努力满足她的话， 会死吗？

PS: 美国的genetic counselor只要过一个Master of Science Degree in genetic
counseling，然后再认证一下，专业素质比OB差太多了，考察的重点是重大遗传疾病（
脑部缺陷很可能不是遗传性的），工作方法以counseling为主，即建议和安慰，工作责
任也比OB小很多很多。

有没有遗传病，介绍了下各种检测（比如我们这时就可以选择不做NT和血检，直接CVS
或者过几周羊穿）。我感觉你们既然都准备羊穿了，也没啥必要见了。
