a good University in California and she is a Renmin University of Beijing
China undergraduate alumni.
My parents and I have a poor relationship so they refused to cosponsor her.
I cannot sponsor her because I didn't meet the poverty line income
requirements because I was a student.
The only friends I have are also students who had part time jobs at school
which don't meet the $18.5k per year requirement.

投票，这就是结果），又有人说这是华人窝里斗（华人议员不为华人说话），也有人说
这是民主党的原因。
第一，不是所有人都热衷于政治。有些号称老资格的政客会“指导”说，搞政治就要捐
款（给他的组织）。我以前不捐款、不投票，SCA5过了以后也没打算捐款，因为我对政
治没兴趣。但SCA5直接损害了我的利益，尤其是孩子们的利益，是可忍孰不可忍。也许
以前我没投过票，但11月份我会投Hernandez/Bradford/Block/De León/Ricardo Lara

据我们从华盛顿DC获得的消息，传闻Perdue和Lee已经达成协议，进行了细节修改的H.R
.1044将于下周二再次进行Unanimous Consent。根据这个消息源历史上的正确率，我们
分析这个传闻的可信程度在七至八成，也就是说，可信度很高，UC危机的阴云已经再度
笼罩。
祸不单行，今天，印度总理莫迪（Narendra Modi）已飞抵休斯敦开展为期一周的访美
活动，美国总统特朗普亲自会见。无论莫迪会不会直接和特朗普谈HR1044/S386，这次

发帖数: 1 | 26 很明显近期以来，FBI开始重点盯防中国，中国人，中国背景，或者和中国有联系的人。
最近的两个闹的沸沸扬扬的工业界的案子，其中GE的工程师是美籍华人。
是不是间谍的说法很模糊，因为现在官方说法把这个和IP theft，technology
transfer挂钩，
所以哪怕是一个正常的技术交流也可能有被当成经济间谍的嫌疑。另外，有下载文件的
这些做法，其实可大可小。近期的google vs. uber 的案里面的Anthony Levandowski
离职前，下载了几个G的公司文件。最后也不了了之。这个就不算问题。
问题的关键就是和中国有关，和中国人有关，那么很容易上FBI的预警系统。
而且FBI在这方面扩大盯防中国的connections, 我看主要还是为了迎合川普对中国的贸
易战。
如果单单拿华人间谍说事的话，也许其他总统也说过。但是目前为止大环境来看是最差
的。

个法案能不能过要看sponsor和cosponsor是不是有重量级的议员以及cosponsor的人数。
这个bill是加州民主党议员sponsor的，在目前两院和总统都是共和党的情况下，不说
他们是否支持这个bill的内容，至少我觉得不会愿意让民主党在移民改革上抢功的。所
以静观其发展就好，不必太过惊慌。 |

跟HR392相关几个小bills, 都没什么人cosponsor. 因为烙印没分到
最大的利益。只有HR392有几百个cosponsors, 因为HR392是为印度人
量身定制的。所以他们lobby了很多官员。
