如果cornyn不改初衷，民主党反而能有更多的讨价还价的余地，争取更多共和党支持现
有法案-- 他们可以说cornyn的修正案太harsh，来博取中间派共和党的同情。
现在cornyn 说愿意妥协，一起修改它的修正案,可是民主党压根不想控制边界（越来越
多的老莫尽来，是符合民主党的利益的）， 在这种情况下，cornyn 把自己放在了委曲
求全的位置上，反而成了cornyn 博取同情。 现在球在民主党脚下，他们不妥协的话，
house共和党更会被激怒，（他们会理解成你们丫的一点都不想控制边界）。 控制边

是写一下描述性的内容，谁知到具体的这些100%是怎么写的定义的，只有看了全文才知
道。同样的100%可以是很温和的，可以是无法接受根本做不到的要求。

根据我的经验,议员是不过问FBI的name check的.他们可以帮你问USCIS你的case
status.你的情况,只有写信给布什或劳拉会有可能管用,也要看你的name check
pending了多久.除了写信给白宫,就只剩下file WOM了.
写这种信不需要按照什么格式,只要把你的具体情况讲清楚,请他们帮忙把信转到FBI就
行了.
为了我LP的name check,我去年写信给德洲的Sen. John Cornyn 和 Kay Bailey
Hutchison,请他们催FBI快点process name check.结果Cornyn回信说他帮不上忙,
Hutchison根本不回信.今年五月底写信给劳拉,七月初收到她office的回信,说已经把信
转给适当的联邦机构了.七月下旬收到FBI的信说他们收到劳拉转的信,就把name check

去年current了3个月，听信了fragomen的扯淡，一直没动作，直到3月中下旬才找的国
会议员，结果排期倒退，什么都没赶上。
今年4/2自己做了sr,3天后竟然被拒。然后让fragomen去做竟然又和我扯30天后。TNND
，5/3好歹做了，回来说要60天。大怒之下俺开始联系2个参议员，1个国会议员。在此
赞一下John Cornyn, 他办公室反应最快，看起来对uscis也最有影响力。Ted Cruz办公
室挺磨叽的，10天后才和uscis联系，不过还是马上打电话告诉我结果。国会议员差不
多吧。
看看各个办公室从uscic inquire的结果,影响力一目了然：
john cornyn: 2周左右 （5月底没收到，我6/3,6/4号又电话fax骚扰cornyn dallas
office 两三次，不知道今天收到是不是和这个有关）
ted cruz: 30~45天， 不过告诉我了哪天给了officer
congressman: 30~45天

Rubio最后选择不和Cornyn一同起草Cornyn版本border security的Amendment，Cornyn
也不肯把他的版本全文放出来，就搞个一页的非正式语言的Summary，总觉得有猫腻。
这不，和Hatch一起了。当初Hatch和Shumer就有协议，满足他的条件才肯倒戈，现在
Rubio和他一起提的就是条件了吧，起码是可以商量的条件之一。 |

市場，卻得向政府交出鑰匙。」
孔寧稱，我們願意與中國進行和平、平衡和有建設性的合作，但事實上是，中國對美策
略性入侵的觸角深且廣，他們藉此提升本國的科技和軍事現代化，對美國的安全早已構
