近，照样成不了。还有那个3012，离通过好像是一步之遥。话说当年为3012吵，多少
EB2C欣喜若狂，狂劝EB3C们顾全大局,跟老印捆绑，结果一个人出来，就给搞死了。正
是因为3012没过，才有现在EB3C的大步前进。
