77 我和OCEF的故事(p115)
我是欧阳纬菲，来自江西省吉安白鹭洲中学，现就读于江西财经大学统计学专业。
我接触到海外中国教育基金会是在高中的时候。当时刚刚收到吉安白鹭洲中学的通知书
的时候，心里很是欢喜，可是也发现了爸妈的窘迫。是啊，家里3个孩子都在上学，我
考上重点高中自然是好事，可是上学的开支对于这个贫困的家庭而言也是巨大的压力啊
。后来我听说了海外中国教育基金会，在老师的帮助下顺利申请到了助学金。心里很开
心，真的。
高中六个学期，是每个学期1000元的助学金，每次学校都会召集我们去开会，然后把装
有助学金的信封交给我们。校长每次都会出席我们的助学金颁发仪式，还有海外中国教
育基金会在我们学校的负责人李仁芳老师。老师们很关心我们的生活，关心我们的学习
。每次拿着信封都会觉得心里很暖，是的，很暖很暖。它告诉我贫困是可以战胜的，因
为有那么多人和我站在一起，我不是孤单一人。
有人说“雪中送炭”的情谊最珍贵，基金会对我的帮助也像是雪中送炭般温暖。我常常
想我是那么的幸运，因为有那么多人关心着我。

不停，太累了。
哪一个部分有趣我觉得见仁见智吧，有一些大的address质量比较高，我个人觉得Chiu &
Hong那一组symposium最好是因为最近两年多我对他们做的东西比较感兴趣，每年SPSP年
会的时候也会见到他们，但这次他们这个symposium明显进步非常快，摊子铺得很开，也
有了一个很强的team，听完他们这一组简直是觉得开发了智力，呵呵，有点夸张，不光是
我，好多人听完了这个都狂赞。

议杀光南非的白人时，美国政府是怎么反应的。
1993 年，Khallid Abdul Muhammad 时任Nation of Islam这个本来就激进组织头领的
副手。November 29, 1993 at Kean College in Union, New Jersey，他发表了一个演
讲，其中说道南非问题，建议南非给所有南非白人24小时让他们滚出南非，否则把他们
都杀光。这个跟ABC事件最接近，也说的杀光某个种族的人，而且也是公开号召，建议
，当然远不如JK鸡毛秀那样居然在大众宣传媒介电视上公开讲。要知道大众媒体按照美
国法律必须特定的有社会责任，跟一般私下的言论标准不一样的。
但是就是对这个远不如JK事件严重的种族灭绝言论，美国的反应是什么呢？美国一般老
百姓不用说了，连全世界的白人世界都愤怒了。接着，美国总统副总统公开谴责，不仅
如此，美国参议院众议院两院居然历史上第一次通过一个谴责某个私人个体的决议来表
示对他的谴责.
