时准备保卫自己的生命的。现代人生活节奏快，需要操心的事情多，带个手机都嫌多，
别说时时刻刻带着枪，一直保持警惕，家里要枪弹分离，注意小孩子不要玩枪，睡觉前
要放好枪，出门办事情要考虑目的地是否危险，目的地是否让带枪进入等等。说白了就
是平白消耗你的精力，降低你的生活质量，从这个方面说，中国比美国好多了。
你当然可以说我平常枪放家里锁着，不麻烦，有枪只为了反对暴政所用。但现代社会你
如何反对暴政？政府根据“民意”的决定你是突突市长还是“民众”？法院宣判你是突
突法官，陪审团，给你送达判决书的或者是执行庭的constable，还是带着重武器的
SWAT？就算是计划生育，计划生育干部执行政策你能够扣得下扳机？况且如果你不服真
不用上门干啥，直接停你的电扣你的补助款啥的，你怎么办？不管你如何想，你面对的
是一个群体，而且其中的人都是无辜的，你想反抗都找不着对象。然后你的枪摆家里，
在外对突发事件就没有任何办法了，有枪等于没枪。

2009年有500名TTC公车员工，以及1300名警职人员年收入突破10万，
年薪超过10万的警职人员，不仅包括了24小时待命、从事高风险工作的凶案侦探，也包
括了普通巡警（constable）和交警。例如，名单中有一位名叫Michael Thompson的交
警（Officer of Traffic Services），他去年的年薪为161,892元。
一位普通的交警何以能赚这么多钱？本地主流媒体经过调查后终于找到了答案。据警察
工会和市政府达成的协议，每位任务外（during a scheduled off day ）前往交通法
庭作证的警察都可以获得额外补贴。补贴中最少算入四个小时的工时，而每个工时的收
入是平时工资的1.5倍。换句话说，哪怕是这位警官只在庭上逗留10分钟，他也能获得

foreclosure是对欠地税的拍卖，这种拍卖不能驱赶房主，房主可以在规定的赎回期，
支付所有的费用和利息后，房主依然可以保有房子。另外一种是通常的foreclosure,
房主欠银行的mortgage， 由银行通过拍卖代理人进行拍卖。
银行直接面对的是买家，银行没有任何佣金支付给agent, 所以这里没有realtor啥事。
但是若一个很棒的realtor具有经验关于房子的title history, lien history,也有房
屋维修的的成本计算等，等等，还是值得的， 可惜f有这方面的是极少极少。 |

多伦多警队43分局街头罪案组警员密尔顿(Constable Laura Middleton)表示，本案涉及的疑犯由15至25岁，其中很多是未成年，同时整件案仍在调查中，因此警方不会公佈被告的姓名。30名疑犯中，有两人怀疑是假月票製造者，两人都是未成年的白人少年。而涉案者是属於多族裔背景，亦有华裔青少年被控。

发帖数: 141625 | 50 monet我没有特别的感觉，corot从中学起就喜欢，很能感受到他画里的神秘清幽气氛。
还有个英国的constable的田园画也很喜欢，也接近东方审美意境。
