車禍，一輛Chevrolet Cruze和一輛Honda CRV相撞，一名來自中國的63歲男遊客當場死
亡。
駕駛Chevrolet的50歲女司機未受傷，但是Honda上所乘坐4人全部受傷或死亡。
警方說，這名63歲男子當場死亡，司機和另外兩名乘客輕傷，被送往醫院。
警方未公佈死者姓名，仍在調查該事故。 |

The male visitor from China, a passenger in the Honda, died of his injuries

The 74-year-old male driver of the Honda and two other passengers, a 73-year
-old woman and a 58-year-old woman, were transported to local hospital to be
treated for minor injuries.
The 50-year-old woman driver of the Chevrolet was not injured in the
collision.

Chinese tourist killed in Goodwood crash

UXBRIDGE — A 63-year-old tourist from China was killed in a traffic
collision Aug. 18 in Goodwood.
The crash happened at about 8:12 p.m. at the intersection of Goodwood Road
and Front Street. Police said a southbound black Chevrolet Cruze entered the
intersection and collided with an eastbound Honda CRV.
The male visitor from China, a passenger in the Honda, died of his injuries
at the scene. His name was not released.
The 74-year-old male driver of the Honda and two other passengers, a 73-year
-old woman and a 58-year-old woman, were transported to local hospital to be
treated for minor injuries.
The 50-year-old woman driver of the Chevrolet was not injured in the
collision.
A police continue to investigate.
Anyone with new information is asked to contact Detective-Constable Gribbons
of the Traffic Services Branch at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 5225.
Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or on
the website at www.durhamregionalcrimestoppers.ca and tipsters are eligible
for a cash reward of up to $2,000. |

Also, in most running-red-light cases, the driver accelerates to high speed
in order to beat the light.
The other accident, the driver of the Cruz was UNHURT (literally just
walking away from this accident), while the other parties suffered fatality
