level：ONE（保证一个replica读写成功，writing availability最高），QUORUM（所

consistency。说白了，就是说没consistency.
一般来说，DB的要求是data durability -- 如果commit过了即使机子挂了数据应该在
另一个replica上,如果没有replica好歹也该在本地硬盘上flush to disk
我不知道现在怎么样了，但很多版本之前芒果远程replica没有做，甚至连本机都没
flush到硬盘就给客户端发acknowledgement
这种玩意你敢用？

对于并发这么高的要求，10000 qps + 10ms latency， 那么一定得上partition/shard。
我觉得按照dynamo的思路，用consistent hashing做key的partition, 每个node用
Redis + Mysql Engine.
然后可以开始扯consistent hashing, gossip, redis, innodb.
对于key, 根据consistent hashing选择对应node, 再node内，查redis或mysql engine
。redis本身很快，10K qps也可以，但是如果不在redis，mysql engine不会很快。假
定每个shard支持1K qps， 那么需要10个shard. 每个shard有3个node, 每个node支持

consistency。后端工程师的一个主要任务就是缩短系统的latency以及eventual
consistency的gap。一般类似的gap是以秒(或者毫秒)计算的，特别是如果你的系统不
依赖于其他公司的系统(比如social网站)。
你描述的这个新的社交媒体公司，这个gap居然可以到一个多小时以上，你们公司程序
员都是junior high school毕业的？
比如川总发了一个twitter/facebook update/ins，全国人民要一个多小时之后才能看
