多人都能看出来，包括真保守派。
我原来觉得，cruz真出来，也能beat hillary，因为Hillary真太弱了，身上的屎也太
多，不算远久的，就最近的这些就一大箩筐，但刚刚的SC primary 说明，民主党的选
民不care，只要顶着民主党，就投，民主党的base 是 minority，教师，工会等等，极
其政府依赖的一群人，大学也是，今年大学更支持sanders，但到GE，他们会回来投

cruz出来，要是不能从民主党强票，靠conservative，还是没戏。
到现在初选看，claim 自己是very conservative 的，cruz对trump 并没有优势，从这

。所以民主党可操作的空间很大。一旦民主党的民调显示其可能威胁到希拉里，还有不

立参选人加入选战，以稀释川普的选票。下面这几个候选：
1. 罗姆尼
2. 卢比奥
3. 布隆伯格
前两人中的一个进来，很有可能票的分布是这样的：右-->罗姆尼/卢比奥，中右+少数
中左-->川普，左+多数中左-->希老太。
如果布隆伯格进来，选票分布可能是这样的：右-->川普，中右+少数中左-->布隆伯格
，左+多数中左-->希老太。
比较美国和台湾的选民，左派和绿营其实很像，基本上是铁板一块。无论民主党（民进
党）谁胜出，左派（绿营）一定是投他们。而且还有一点更相似的，就是随着时间的推
进，左派（绿营）的基本盘都是在扩张之中的。台湾的经济依赖大陆的程度深吧？台湾
最近十几年来的经济发展可能还不如美国。但是没关系，绿/左就是不断扩大版图，因

如果Trump大选赢了，成了里根第二，那cruz肯定就被边缘化，很长时间内都没他什么
事了。

举失败，我很痛心，咱们现在需要好好反思一下为什么失败了。然后他分析一番后，会

正确的方法应该是年初发放名额liberal，年尾conservative。就算前半年多发了visa
，还有后半年可以纠正。比如前半年系数用1.5,如果超了了就用1，少了就用1.8。如果
年初conservative，后半年要赶着发，那才容易超出。现在我的担心就是O对中国EB2C
的分配一贯conservative。公平的说，也许他对中印都一样conservative。但是Indian
可以靠人数的优势在剩余名额上捞回来。EB2C就不幸成了他的一套分配方案的牺牲品。
具体到这个月的排期。我就怀疑O是真的给了EB2C 1700多个名额。他很可能只给了1200
个（400+800 FB）然后用最新的inventory一看是Nov，就定了Nov。如果考虑到Nov和
Dec的自然减员，排期可能应该是Dec才能真的在这个月用掉O给分配的名额。 |
