康州的悲剧再次引发控枪辩论。 问题集中于谁应对类似悲剧负责。
禁枪派提出废止让人拥有枪的法律会杜绝或大大减少类似事件。拥枪派提出禁枪会让坏
人有更多机会威胁好人的生命。两派都有相当强的论据支持。 但看似在中国人圈子里
禁枪派占多数。从我接触的有限的一些人群样本来看相当多中国人视枪如洪水猛兽。
这里不做太多辩论。只想给出几点事实以供思考。
世界上大多国家对个人拥有自动武器都是严格控制的， 包括美国。但对半自动武器及
手枪相当多国家是允许成年个人拥有的。拥有和美国最类似持枪法的国家是 。。。。
。。。瑞士。事实上瑞士人均拥枪数量超过美国。但瑞士几乎没有或非常少见涉枪犯罪
。如果你想说瑞士是个特例，类似的国家还有。。。丹麦，瑞典，挪威，芬兰，荷兰，
