我观察了20年，得到了一个令人失望的结论
老中发烤蹄同质化也太严重了，每年一批一批的幼齿要去面试，问同样的问题，thank
you note咋不理我列？面试穿啥？日程怎么还不发过来？小米不理我了液？晚饭怎么吃
撒？隔壁还问怎么不吃第二顿晚饭，你们都是未来小业主了自己动脑子想想行不行？
当上发烤蹄同质化也极为严重，干同样的事情，连lab主页设计也都一样的，比如必有
一个版面叫group新闻，都是一些恶俗的不堪入目的新闻，

lots of money. But they always require health care facility design
experience.
For other sectors of building design or construction, there are almost
not openings available in the near future, probably for another year or

月的时候大病一场，加上又换全职工作，压力骤然加大，根本不想坚持，是考友

242，分数不算高，牛人太多，但是还是让家里人高兴了一下。一直潜水，在版上得到
了很多有用的信息，希望也能做点小贡献。学习资料和方法，版上精华区已经总结得很
好了，就补充几点我个人特别的感受吧。
1.早期我跟着group过了一遍书，是kaplan和HY混着过的，当时都没有决定考board，书
都没有，过一门就找朋友借一本书，加上ob搞得我天天身心疲惫，就没有好好过，后来
很后悔，应该好好过，一边做点题目。然后就是题海，UW，kaplan，都做了，先是下载
版，基础太差，第一遍就谈不上什么正确率，完完全全就是把题库当书在看，当时痛苦
至极。第二遍就好多了，不过也就80%的正确率，到考前两周把UW又重新做了一遍，这
才有了90%多。Gojian audio听了1遍，总论，血液什么的大家推荐的东西听了2遍，个
人感觉如果跟我一样英语不牛，看着文字听效果会特别好，还能写写画画，理解得更清

09年3月16号的早晨九点钟，当我点开来自NRMP的电邮 – Did I Match的时候，心和手
一起在颤抖。“Congratulation! You have matched” 真不敢相信，我居然match上了
。在第一时间给太太打电话，发觉自己的声音都是颤抖的。三天后的Where did I
match已经是无关紧要的了。能够match上对我，step1/2仅刚刚pass 80，来说已经是够
幸运的啦，去哪儿都是无所谓的。在一年多前我拿到step1的成绩时曾苦恼得来版面上
寻求建议，当时版面上的一个著名的粉牛粉牛的ID回了帖子说我几乎是没有希望了。
想想过去这些年我的烤板之路，怎么说呢？我是起个大早，赶了个晚集。一路走来，经
历了家庭、生活、和工作的种种变故，居然能够进入这一扇门，我应该感谢的是我太太
120%的支持，在一切一切的风风雨雨中不离不弃，咬牙坚持。这一句“Congratulation

说点大家没有说过的经验吧。
考试中心推荐 Atlanta>Houston>LA>Chicago>PA
1. 考试的关键是英语。基本上fail掉的都是口语发音不好。口语不好的，不要说太多。不要把summary和closure混在一起，又破又长，听也听不懂。
要保证讲出来的每一句都是事先准备过的。不要即兴乱讲。从提问，counsel，closure都是如此。
千万不要以为accent不是问题。Fail掉的都是accent的问题。中国人都听得很明白，但是美国人听不懂。
2. 一定系统复习。从头到脚每个系统和体检都不要遗漏。我考试时12个cases，每个系统都cover了并且mix了。很悲惨。唯一几个疏忽掉的cases都考了。郁闷之极。
比如考关节的，neck，shoulder，wrist，hip，knee，heel都要会，不要有侥幸的心理。
每个FAcase都要懂，每个症状要问什么，每个症状要做什么体检都要灵活... 阅读全帖 |

早上正在EMAIL上TRACKING前两天奋战尿布DEAL的单子，突然发现ECFMG的信，当时心率
就１５０了，冷静了５分钟做好了最坏思想准备就点了OASIS，谁知大概很多人都在这
一刻上站，所以每进入一步都要４－５分钟，等PDF文件跳出来时，心率都有１８０了
，别笑我，大概孕妈平时基础心率就有１００了。看到PASS，除了DATA GATHERING压了
BORADERLINE其他都是HIGH PERFORMANCE，SEP 更是里面最高的，马上给老公打电话报
了喜讯，感谢小宝贝，感谢这一个月零８天里我的TUTOR和同学们的帮助。待叙。

这是我的第3次。昨天，在拖到不能再拖的时候，我才鼓起勇气打开电脑，登录OASIS，
点击SCORE REPORT INFORMATION。看到“You have met all of the requirements for
ECFMG certification.”字样，我知道我通过了。没有预想中的喜极而泣，但久久不
能平静入睡。我想到了很多。我觉得自己应该写一些东西，为那些因为FAIL而心生退意
的同学们做一个模板，正面的反面的。如果能给那些同学鼓鼓劲，那也不枉我这番苦心

我的第一次失败主要是因为自负。因为想自己在国内已经做了10年的儿科医生，问个病
史写个病历还不小菜一碟。再自己本科时的训练就是SP，那时管我们的副校长刚从美国
回去，引进这个，我们是第一批受惠者，所以对SP并不陌生。于是匆匆准备1月，就对
着LG比划了几下，匆匆上了考场。从考场出来的感觉特好，觉得通过无疑，于是积极准
