看了鸡米鸡毛与华人代表对话的视频，觉得情况向有利于华人的方向进化。他的态度至
少比第一次道歉又软了些，大家多天的呐喊与努力没有白费。我们就是要讓主流社會
看到华人的力量，别把华人当透明人。
鸡米鸡毛拒绝辞职。只要ABC给他撑腰，他不可能辞。只有当ABC承担起责任，他才可能
离开。他一个人那样道歉算什么？似乎那也不是道歉，更像是在辩护。这不是他一个人
的事，他有团队，有背后的ABC。
再接再厉，不要半途而废，要彻底伸张正义。如果鸡米鸡毛引咎辞职，这件事就是一堂

刚入手 2014 PASSAT 1.8L S， 是最低配的, Turbo4缸发动机，out the door价格是
20775（购买地点是湾区San Jose），个人情况是刚毕业的学生。用的financing APR比
较高，大约5.7%，所以准备尽快还上。基本没做太多研究，之前发mail询问价格，
dealer说有一台on sale的最低out door price $21025，周六上午去看了看还算满意，讨
价还价之后砍下￥250， 就入手了，有点太急了，不过也不想耽误太多时间，这是我的第
一辆新车。总体感觉内饰比较精致，外观简单大方，空间很大，坐在里面比Camry感觉要
好些，驾驶起来感觉跟Camry差不多吧，没去看过Accord，但是感觉Accord可能跟
Passat风格有点相似。Passat维修和保养贵可能是个弱点，不过以后再说吧，发几张图给
大家看一下。

己的核心支持者一个交代。只是希望他做的，不是砍H1B配额这样损伤华人利益的事情.

人移民里的比例太小太小。
不过真断了技术移民的路，对于美国这个国家的将来是影响很坏，技术移民犯罪率低还
老实工作纳税，都发卡留下来对国家一点儿坏处都没有。
以后应该多提有美国学位的都发卡留下来，，不要总纠结在华人身上。抽签绿卡这种脑
残的东西早该取消。

degree, and it is a big step after one's student life.
Regarding your issue, I am not sure if submitting manuscripts based on a
dissertation is required for a Ph.D. degree in US and Canadian universities.
I know for a fact that it is not a requirement in at least three
universities (one where I got my Ph.D., one where I have been teaching and
