父母是怎么想的，父母对自己的爱到底到什么程度，自己对父母的想法，。。。各种
深刻的问题，不对质是不可能发现的。 所以，对质是好事，至少帮楼主理清了很多
思路。 以后，不管楼主选择继续隐忍，还是选择切断联系，都是楼主自己的决定。
那本书让你去confront, 可没让你期望和解；你分明还存有幻想，confront才会失败，

private property的概念。在这个问题上，大家态度模糊暧昧，自然也无法给小孩子提
供一个相对单一的价值标准来遵守。而且就算自己态度明朗，而朋友家是模糊的，那交
流时小家伙还是会有碰撞，出现这样受委屈的情况也不奇怪。
所以，与其想想怎么教小孩子，不如思考一下自己想怎样生活。如果自己觉得吃点亏受
点欺负根本无所谓，大家嘻嘻哈哈其乐融融最重要，那就教会小孩子怎样很开心的用自
己的委屈换大家的和谐。如果自己很受美国这种private property的影响，也乐意接受
的话，就斩钉截铁的教会小孩子要学会保护自己；至于如何应对各种confrontation，
这一直是少儿教育的一个难点，但其实也很简单：你怎么面对confrontation，就教你
的孩子怎么面对。

如果记错了不好意思哈？
里面关于how to talk so kids will listen的部分就有提到过
人遇到挫折，本能的反应就是发牢骚（complain or whine）
因为问题摆在那里，是最容易看到的
父母要做的就是认可他们的感受（validate the feelings）
孩子的感受得到认可，心里就会好过一些
往往很自然地就会意识到抱怨不解决问题，需要move on
然后很多孩子就会自发地进入寻求解决问题的状态
相反，如果父母在孩子有负面情绪的时候，去指责他们这样的状态不对不好不可以等等
孩子反而会觉得委屈，因为自己的感受是真实的，他们反而更容易陷在问题里面不往前走
然后呢，还有一种父母，是不十分关心孩子的，既没有太多正面的关注，但是也没有过
多负面的关注
这种环境下长大的孩子中，有一部分可能天生，或者后天通过学习明白自省的重要性
自己认识到发牢骚抱怨没用，也会慢慢养成不抱怨，找出路的思维习惯
所以我曾经看到过一种说法，同一个孩子，肯定是在第一种正面环境下长大的时候性格

发帖数: 1655 | 44 是的，我也是这样的，我比较怕我爸，所以才有这么多年积压的愤怒情绪不得发泄，才
有anger control的问题。
而且这些toxic parents很狡猾，总是把责任往小孩身上推，一定一定要自己摆脱
guilty的包袱。
我跟我妈已经把话说开了。
所以我正在准备confrontation，不是为了报仇，而是为了自己peaceful mind和小家的
和睦幸福，否则这些anger挥之不去，非常痛苦。
Confrontation之后有三种情况：1父母悔过，关系好转 2跟父母变成一般性礼节性的交
往关系 3完全断绝来往 Confrontation也可以写信或者心理师在场的前提下进行。
总之Toxic Parents里面都有详细的案例分析，建议图书馆借一本好好读一下。 |

发帖数: 10908 | 46 其实我觉得这个是一个不错的例子，让 faulty memory 和 quality memory 更容易相
互理解。
其实本质上而言，faulty memory 和 quality memory 就是两种不同的适应环境的方式
，无所谓绝对的好坏。相互理解更重要。
比如一个很实在的例子，就是版上的 “鸡汤” vs “砒霜”。。。就是老鼠到此一游
来过好几次，咋对付这个不愉快的经历的问题。。。faulty memory 的做法是立马开一
锅鸡汤喝下，然后面红耳赤的当面争论 “哥们我从来没看见过老鼠”。。。quality
memory 的搞法是立马买一吨砒霜备而不用，然后哪天看到一只老鼠就给丫的灌三斤砒
霜。半年后基本确信大部分老鼠都已经挂掉了，至于过去老鼠是不是来过就根本不在意
了，反正被三斤砒霜挂掉的老鼠将来不会再出来溜达就是了。
也就是前面说的。。。Argue with faulty memory, you changed the present。。。
Argue with quality memory, you changed the future。

续第三晚出现大规模骚乱。在伯克利，上千名示威者走上大街游行数小时，并涌入高速
路，造成80号洲际公路被迫关闭，还有示威者走上一处火车站，躺在铁轨阻止火车运行。
8日晚，伯克利的示威者在前往火车站之前，先在警局总部与防暴警察对峙。随后
前往一处火车站致使车站关闭。示威者继续从大学路往西行进，在进入80号州际公路一
条四车道后，公路两个方向都被迫关闭。
防暴警察封锁了高速路，示威者则试图绕过警察进入高速，一开始没有成功，但随
后示威者占领高速，并阻止了两个方向的交通。
数十名示威者还前往铁路，并拦下一辆火车。
一名41岁在加州大学伯克利分校工作的男子伍德下班后加入示威游行，他在采访中
称：“因为我厌恶透了警察的暴行。”
他称当他看到两名手无寸铁的非裔被警察枪杀的新闻后，感到很痛心。他称这种事
情不应该发生在任何种族身上。
