问问该怎么提供这个conformity statement?

时close只能贷conforming, 我的mortgage broker说贷conforming没有问题。但是我需
要钱装修，还得close之后立马找home equity loan。大家说贷home equity loan 容易
吗？
我的credit score>800,如果贷conforming的话，downpayment达到appraisal value的
40%. 我最大的问题是工作换了才9个月，中间没有gap. 但是monthly payment to
income达到37%。 |

如果人民政府用印钞机bail out double F, 那么差不多这轮房市，可以call bottom了。

forward 给shopper了，第二天没有收到conformation letter。昨天又forward了一遍
，今天依旧没有conformation letter。。。
不知道这样的情况是不是正常？谢谢！！！ |

If we plan to refinance within a year to conforming loan, which one is more
sound? I can save $200/month if I go for the 5/1 ARM right now.

对于conforming loan来说，LZ的疑虑都不会成为问题。对于Heloc，如果combined LTV
不是很高的话应该还是可以的。就是说conforming loan + heloc不超过房子Value的
80%的情况下，应该都还好。 |

729K以上算是jumbo，rate比较高。 |
