而travis挺好。 apple 自己的xcode server应该也行。
如果我有选择，我不会用jenkins的。

河边下水点这60英里三个小时最少。 时间上交接租用器械大概要打出两个小时的空余
。Kenny Lake 是路上最后一个加油站，不能错过，我们最后是在cooper center拿筏子
的时候加的。空间上我们这次12人加上所有器材最后是一共三辆Toyota Sienna mini
van到达下水点，一辆Ford小suv放在上水点。

发帖数: 1640 | 11 North Arizona大家谈得少也是有一定原因的。。科河以北Arizona Strip太难access；
科河以南都是印第安地盘，规矩多路也烂。我所知的大部分好线路都是围绕大峡谷，一
方面冬天不是所有线路都能走，另一方面既然你已经要走Escalante Route了这趟再去
任何大峡谷的trail都显雷同。
个人觉得Sedona停太久了我想不出来3-4天都有哪些地方可去。。当然如果只是过节在
度假地放松一下也好。
按照你的标准Canyon de Chelly应该妥妥被排除在外的。。Rim上完全没有走的价值，
只有一条能自己下到底的trail：White House ruin trail，其他谷底的tour起码冬天
不适合，景色太荒了。这个谷的看点其实是在印第安（Navajo）人血泪史中的重要地位
。。另外周围据我所知也没有什么地方好去，middle of nowhere...
Petrified Forest北边有一个需要permit的hidden spot——Devil's Playground，有

发帖数: 245 | 12 说实话the Confluence的北侧虽然车可以开到，但感觉view有遮挡，不太好照相（倒是
天上的直升机熙熙攘攘，估计是因为这里要修resort的proposal所致）。按照thewave.
info的地图，那边其实有离得很近的三个点（Confluence Viewpoint, Main Viewpoint
和little colorado viewpoint），因为当时时间太赶，我只去了前两者。其中
Confluence Viewpoint比较好，但还是遮挡挺严重，little colorado就只能看见一点
，而且我们当时是大逆光，都没看出蓝色来..路的话follow网站里的路线就好，但一定
要提前下好地图，里面信号非常差。而且土路网很密，每个拐弯都要对照google map的
卫星照片图（而不是Default地图）小心拐，有些路长得杂草丛生不开到跟前都看不出
来。。一个路口拐错弯可能就有迷路的危险。路况的话我们当时开的4WD的Ford最小的
SUV escape，略有压力但并无大碍，有些地方泥泞和上碎石路还是需要四驱，所以更大

resistance at the 1,110 level in the S&P 500 – which is a key line in the
sand between bull and bear.
A quick look at the daily chart shows three levels of (almost exact)
confluence resistance in the S&P 500:

不过俺今年的Season恐怕还没结束。
今天，2011年12月22日，多云，西北偏西5-10mph，气温47-52度，水温40.1-41.5度，
HBG5.09，NP 5.4, ShermanCrk 2.08 缓升中。气压晨30.07inch，下午29.9缓降。
临近假期，难得有这么好的天气，昨天晚上就想去给他钓一下，结果开到一半，暴雨倾
盆，电闪雷鸣，春雷？夏雨？这是12月的宾州啊！但是气温46度的时候下雨肯定对水温
升高有好处，当然对鱼的活性也有很大帮助。
今天约的buddy，结果buddy迟到了45分钟，因为鱼证找不到了。然后去到河边已经12点
，第一个confluence，前两天钓20寸的地方，岸上看了一眼，水色不错，雨的影响还没
有开始，只是岸边有点混。在岸上钓了15分钟，水温比较高，因为上游支流的关系，有
43度，但是从标点方位来说，confluence的鱼，流动性太大，昨天的雨已经开始影响，
加上岸边的压力，这个地方的鱼应该处在变迁中，而且也没有长久留鱼的绝对硬件。决

还是不少的（尤其是confluence里面的那首《all strings great and small》，古琴
很好听，印象很深刻。）刚才在虾米上又温习了一遍这张专辑，好温暖的记忆！
还有这个《雨。花莲》，写的是台湾花莲市的雨么？看来很早就埋下了娶台湾老婆的种

的一些原因：cells condition, monolayer overlapping之类的问题.当然commercial
trypsin function本身就比较复杂，有时有些人就用较纯化或重组的trypsin和胶原酶之
类成份确定的混合物去消化。
我的感觉是你是否让你的宝贝细胞刚长得90%confluence后，hanks washing triple,再用
0.05%trypsin在不同温度（Rm, 36）消化一下看有没有提高。
实在不行就定些Cell Dissociation Buffer or Enzyme Free Dissociation
Reagents(60% confluence)，但我总认为是花拳秀腿，但也许就对你的实验管用。
另外培养界面，polypropylene, glass, teflon-coated 都是option,但我对这些不熟悉
。可能还有几个较流氓的方法，冰水超声,内置tiny cover slides, 瞬时低渗 |

any other better established line other than this one or one could go with
primary lines...
Anyhow, If one follows closely certain routines, this line is very easy--
-passage before 80-90% confluence with no local overgrowth...Overgrowth is a
huge problem with this line, after 3-5 times, the entire culture will be
changed...Also, the confluence etc matters a lot for differentiation...
