但是没有直接收到过CONF.的REVIEW邀请。老板貌似没法转让吧。CONF.老板一般都做PC
啥的，就是转让也不能算作真正的REVIEW。
其实感觉CONF.的review要比JOURNAL简单，就一轮就行了。但是搞不到啊。
谁有经验？ |

自家的RT-N16 tomato openvpn设置了DNS push to client
Windows下openvpn client毫无问题。
Ubuntu10.4下 sudo openvpn -- config /etc/openvpn/client.conf
/etc/resolve.conf总是被从写,从写也就罢了，vpn能上网；
问题是摘了vpn后，也不给我自动改回来。非要手动改,否则无法解释域名。
大家linux下openvpn都用什么client程序， DNS（包括server DNS push)怎样设？ |

I modified syslog.conf by adding one line:
auth.* /var/adm/all.msg
Then I shutdown syslogd by using "/etc/init.d/syslog stop".
But when I restart syslogd by using "/etc/init.d/syslog
start", I got error message like " no priority "*" ". It
seems I have to make priority clear, like "*.info". But my
previous student wrote a note that "*.*" is working for
syslog.conf. :(((
I don't know if it is my problem or she was wrong.
Another problem, I modify syslog.conf by adding one line:

发帖数: 187 | 15 after i upgrade to RH9.0, ld has problem in link glut programs. it can't find several X functions reference. When i add -lX11 to the gcc command line, it reports lib X11 does not exist. then i check /etc/ld.so.conf, the directory /usr/X11R6/lib is
included there. I don't understand why ld does not look into /etc/ld.so.conf file to searh for the libraries. Someone told me that the path is hardcoded. Very strange!!! |

By default, there are two " ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ .../apache/cgi-bin"
statements ! Though you delete one, but another one overrided your new setting.

，基本上和EE的journal paper没有什么差别。通常发了CS的conference后，就不一定再
去投什么journal.(象我老板就不鼓励我们这样去做)。所以CS的许多conference超越conf
erence本身，更象Conference & Journal.
而EE的4 page投稿的conference,也许更纯粹象conference.就是交流一下而已。所以呢，
EE里通常journal publications count much more.
从这个角度来说，EE领域的许多conference
(不是全部，当然有例外)和CS领域许多conference概念和重要性(当然还有难易程度)基本
上没有可比较性。

you need to use static network configuration, edit /etc/network/interfaces,
change "iface eth0 inet dhcp" to "iface eth0 inet static", then add
corresponding information like IP address, net mask, gateway, ....
After this is done, then it's time to modify /etc/resolv.conf to add your
own DNS infor |

remove "domain-name-servers" from the "request" line.
