纳学院（Claremont McKenna College）政治学教授裴敏欣的文章，文中表示引渡令完
成一事比北京想的还要复杂，而原因其实在于中共统治下的司法制度。
文中说，中国政局最奇特的一个现象是，执政的共产党中，大多数那些在权利斗争中失
败了的，或是盗取了几百万美金的党员们都愿意逃到美国，这个在中共领导人头脑里属
于“敌方”的领土。更奇怪的是，当这样的倒戈发生的时候，中共政府还放肆的要求美
