旧金山The Great Highway merge 到 highway 35 之前
The great highway算是一个小高速吧，最后一段是merge到单行线
然后最后merge到35
车型： 2013 Acura ILX
事发经过：
速度大概在35到四十左右，开过merge line之后周围没有任何灯光
突然路中间出现一个不知道从哪儿冒出来的轮胎，车子没开远光灯
直接撞到，然后车身没有压过轮胎，轮胎被反弹回十米远，继续停在
路中间，没有pull over因为路边没shoulder,而且没光线。绕过轮胎
继续开了三分钟。停车检查。车身前bumper断裂，液体leaking严重，顺着shoulder流
车前盖里边冒烟,这时候车还能打着。但是仪表盘显示发动机过热
打开双闪，先call 911转CHP,告诉现在路中间有个tire还在那里，没有光线很危险
CHP 说会马上send officer过去

Comprehensive 比 Collision 便宜很多，可以单选comprehensive，不买collision。
一百刀换来 盗窃＋砸玻璃＋各种非人为因素破坏的赔付，还是挺值的嘛。 |

现在要换cooler， parts 400多，人工280，然后一共860+。
我今天打给aaa。他们说，因为我买的是comprehensive的保险。所以是可以保的。
但是，上次我倒车，装到另外一辆车，走的是我的朋友的保险。所以，他不怎么开心。
我想，这一次，我如果claim。AAA还是会走他的保险，还是我的保险呢？

然后10天就10天就华丽丽的撞车了。 本人是属于驾驶记录比较好的， 所以我自己买的
就是liability保险。于是当时提车出门的时候，我也就叫她买了个liability。结果这
一场撞车下来，我室友的责任，7500刀买的车现在要自己出$5300修车。这台小车车很
可怜的躺在修车厂三个月无人问津。鉴于我室友的前车之鉴，我默默的收起自己的flag
, 认真的研究了一下车险，现在想在这里给大家一一细致的解释一下如何选择车险。
首先呢，车险分为两个部分，出了是自己责任的事故，保险公司将依据你买的保险赔付
给对方和赔付给你的。
只赔付给对方的叫做liability，也就是上述故事我室友买的那种保险。这种保险非常
便宜，但是但凡遇上像我室友这种情况，就只能打碎牙往自己肚子里吞。
1.Liability分为三个部分分别是body injury, property damage和uninsured

damage之外的那些miscellaneous的东西，比如天上下冰雹啊，比如撞到了鹿啊这样的
。collision+comprehensive+liability+杂七杂八的其他东西统称premium。这个应该

而且 comprehension 对父母也比较累，要检查要引导要问问题。。。
不过你可能多虑了，楼主的娃未必不理解。有的娃就是天才，天才不是常人可
以理解。当然，俺的娃不是天才，需要诱导鼓励。。。
俺没有太多读故事书的经历，俺的父母不让俺小时候多读 fiction，少不看
三国水浒啥的想法。。。 |

这个重要的不是好不好，而是，比如娃的 reading，这个题目她是 misunderstood 了
question 里的一个词，另一个题目她是没有注意到两个概念的差别。这个是实事求是，
其实娃 overall reading 还可以了，但是 comprehension 这一栏还错了不少。
但大部分错的原因（而不是题目本身）对 overall conceptual 的 comprehension
不是那么关键的影响，确实是 miss 了一些 detail。但 comprehension 首先是
overall 的 concept，其次才是 details。Standardized test 很难测试
overall 的 concept 的建立，因为这是一个相对有点模糊的东西。
不实事求是才会打击娃的积极性，我觉得。。。 |

，不如用来提高liability，尤其是其中的body injury coverage。因为collision and
comprehensive是保的一个很有限的价值，一般半新不太旧的车也就万把块钱。股市动
荡一下的损失或者收益就差不多了。无非是车更直观感觉强烈。Liability，主要其中
的medical cost，可能达到非常高,特别是如果对方知道你房子里有>$100k equity，投
资帐号有>$100k balance的时候，可能官司会打到你陪干净。这时候就看出保险是为了
保自己不能轻松处理的损失。所以对有点家底又不是太多的家庭来说，提高liability
，买上面说的umbrella，还有给自己买term life比collision and comprehensive有优
先。所有的都买当然感觉更好，呵呵。 |

taxonomy 作为出题test的指导原则。
那么请允许理论工作者再来纸上谈兵，谈谈个人理解。
1）common core math把explanation作为教学重点，是否为了强调understanding?
2）从Simple/Easy Problem入手有助于applying and analyzing?
3）在此基础上的Complex/Comprehensive Problem有助于analyzing and evaluating?
最后，smart balanced test把Constructed-response放入test的重点是为了检验在1）
，2）和3）的基础上，是否达到creating的目的。
当然，从你对题目的批判来看，题目太过Simple/Easy，有为了培养creating的终极目

上K是老师说什么他写什么，把老师给震住了。结果让他自己读一本书，问他这本书说
什么，他说不知道。测了很多次都这样。我们暑假从LISTENING COMPREHENSION开始，
每天给他读1-2本书，每1-2页问他问题，读完再问他书上讲什么，效果还不错。刚开始
问他书上讲什么，他答不知道，然后我就告诉他书上讲什么，先说开始怎样，再说然后
怎样，再说最后怎样。现在给他读完一本书，他已经能正确回答大部分问题了。

collison is seperate from comprehensive, tho some insurance firm doesn't
treat them seperately.
check the policy carefully with especially collision when they offer
comprehensive.
