一人有有效证件的情况。（否则孙杨以前就砸瓶子了）律师在这点上可以大作文章。
法官在判案上说如果判孙杨胜，以后其他人就可以找各种原因拒捡。
这一点很容易反驳：如果你药检方坚持程序正确，别人就找不到原因拒捡。所以要想以
后拒捡不再发生，你药检方自己首先要把自己的工作先做好。
