胶套（似乎都是随Altec Lansing IM616来的，虽然IM616的导管要更粗一点），不过2对
都有问题。 Comply的比较长，密封不错，但是耳塞里出来的声音很浑，难以想象所谓比
团4好的耳塞会是这样的素质。另一对IM616（ER6）上的三节套没法很好密封，所以完全
没有低音。没有合适的耳套就无法做出正确的评价，所以这个测评只好姗姗来迟。所幸
的是周二终于收到了配套的塑胶套。Bingo！终于听到符合期望的声音.
这里要重申一下这耳塞的定位，$25的团购价格（含邮费）。所以大家不要期望比团5相
当或更高的素质。我将注重与同价位的（如soundmagic pl30)或稍高价位的（如团4）耳
塞的比较。
言归正传。外观上大家也都从照片上看到了，据说团购的在手风琴部分将有改进。线虽
然不像团4那么硬，我觉得也偏硬了点。除此之外，没有什么我不满意的地方，不知道团
购的时候会不会有小夹子（ |

美中达协议：美籍华人、绿卡持有人须申报中国存款账户。美国财政部表示，已
经与中国政府草签了一份协议。此举旨在贯彻实施2010年通过的一项遏制海外逃税的联
邦法律。
两国已经就条款达成一致，但在正式签署前还需审议协议细则。
这项法律要求外国银行将有关美国公民所有的账户信息提交给美国国税局(IRS)。
这将迫使世界各地的银行不向任何不遵守这项法律的金融机构进行某类支付。该法的正
式名称为《外国账户税务合规法案》(Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act,简称
Fatca)。
中共官员过去曾私下表示担心遵守FATCA会背负的潜在负担。但美国已经利用政府
间协议来简化合规过程。美国和中国已经签订一类互惠协议。根据协议，中国将向美国
政府提供美国公民金融账户信息，而美国则会将中国大陆籍人士美国账户信息提供给中
共政府。
