从而保护公司。个人经验，为安全起见，如果离开公司的话，和general counsel谈一
下，是ok的(补充一点就是还要注意nonsolicitation条款，另外如果要带走比如
Bloomberg settings, trading platform settings， contacts list etc都是要
general counsel写书面允许的)，因为如果公司enforce的话，是需要在此期间继续付
你薪酬的包括分红，很多公司不愿意，所以不会真的enforce，但也不排除有很轴的公
司会enforce。 |

因为我知道街上很多NC条款是，如果公司裁了你还要执行NC，他就必须付钱给你。我真
的不知道这种情况下BW会不会执行（因为我知道的都是受不了自己离开的）。哪怕会执
行，有钱也算个补偿。BW的NC好像是（我不确定）是你如果自己辞职，BW执行NC，不会
给你钱的。
如果他们开了你NC就不生效或者他们就需要付钱，而你又是申请EB1A，那么你进去无论
如何忍到绿卡下来好了。BW那个地方其实裁人倒没有那么狠，他们如果对你不满意，会
给一段时间“帮助”你提高（类似于传销的那种帮助），当然这个过程会很不爽，但是
如果你知道EB1A的绿卡能到，你怎么也忍几个月。
但是这个和NC对你的职业发展影响是2回事，我只是说的是绿卡。

First of all, based on this write-up we believe that this person doesn't
know much about how the advocacy works. We think that anyone talking about
Admin fix for recapture just doesn't seem to know what they are talking. So
we think most of this is unrealistic number-throwing exercise to somehow
make a show that someone is in the know.
