(1) explicitly says they will send letter to USCIS immediately
(2) no insurance/benefit, only old base (doesn't match new base)
(3) maliciously cancel non-compete and stop paying you after your new offer
is cancelled, this is a reasonable guess right?

1. H-1B马上就失效。你需要自己有身份（绿卡，H4, F2, etc.）。
2. 没有保险。基本上，你只有base，其他的benefit全部都没有。
3. 好点的公司应该不会把你的offer搞黄之后不再付你钱。好点的公司他们也应该比较
在意名声，会照章办事。

1）必须立刻转身份（~15天?）
2）没有保险，自己买
3）给non-compete之前都没告诉他打算去哪，没有你说的这个可能。
