个AGENT R跟我们联系。R 说她跟LISTING AGENT是一个公司的， 让我们放心说LISTING
AGENT会给她内幕消息 BLAH BLAH BLAH。
然后就是这个BIDDING PROCESS。R 让我们比最高的OFFER多5K。结果银行说大家太接近
了， 要BEST AND FINAL。我们就加了10K。虽然我们的BID是最高的， 但银行还是选了
另一家，说是FOR COMPASSION REASON。说人家以前就BID这个房子， 只不过房子临时
被PULL OUT。这次人家再BID，只比我们低一点， 就选了人家。 这已经够RIDICULOUS
的了。 我们也无所谓，就算了。 过了两天就给我们打电话， 说是银行又要一个BEST
AND FINAL了。因为有个CASH OFFER刚进来， BIDDING PRICE也差不多。 我就纳闷，
这就把COMPASSION的问题不考虑啦？ 不管怎么说， 我就又加了15K。别的两家都没加

一些建议，有些图片的英文不太好，能不能改？譬如喇嘛街头闹事的照片里用了common
people，美国一般不这样用。改成innocent people including Tibetans(不知道死者
里有几位藏族的，我知道有一位藏族女孩，如果只有一位最好改成including a
Tibetan young girl).
有一张说达赖is the tool(最好改成is a tool),slave owner should be slave
master.
文献的宣传我可以帮忙。最近一直在恶补文献，尤其是西方的。给我一个周末时间整理
出纲要吧。
还有，这次达赖的teaching题目是wisdom and compassion. 我们可以把和纳粹法西斯
分子的照片放在wisdom？旁边，然后把以前农奴照片和compassion连在一起。让这种对

GOLDEN COMPASS主要冲着它收到保守宗教分子的地址才去看得，友情支持一下，感觉就
是一部LOTR，没看过原著很难能有热情，而且感觉比LOTR更儿童一点，比较满意的是，
农民007在里面就出现了一会就消失了，否则会非常影响我看电影的胃口。电影我给2星半
NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MAN，德州英语基本只听懂一半，最后结果神经嘻嘻的，我没看网
上的讨论不想现在就搞明白，大概其我自己有个解释但不知道对不对。抛开情结就电影
本身来说还是不错，没有什么恐怖情节但拍的很THRILLING。细节处理的也很好，拽一
句的话就是电影语言非常到位。演坏蛋的那个家伙据说赢得了最近的the worst hair-
do，我觉得他至少能得个最佳男配角提名什么的。WOODY HARRISON很久不见了，曾经是
我喜欢的演员。

iPhone是个革命性和划时代的工具。
我个人认为，每一个Realtor都需要买个iPhone。基本带一个iPhone，其它所有东西都
不用带了。总结一下其功能。
基本功能：
1）Mobile Phone：就是移动手机的功能，到哪里都能接电话。
2）Text message，发短信息。比如通知一个地址什么的。你也可以用Free的TextFree。
3）Mail：收发邮件，你可以联上Google, Yahoo的帐户。
4）Notes: 快速记些Note。
5) Reminders：重要事情，我会加个reminder。
以上是作为智能手机所有的基本功能。
下面是有用的APP，
1）Browser，我用的是Opera Mini和付费的iCabMobile,你也可以用随机的Safari。用
处是可以随时查网上的信息，以及MLSListing网站（你需要sign with mobile version
)，实时拿到listing info。
2）Dropbox

勾起一点往事，补充一下。
以前俺们在国内hiking（其实当时还没有hiking这个词，我们一般统称考察，或者实习
）的时候，一般出门之前都去系里借罗盘。
样子特别酷，可不是现在这种花哨东西可以比的。
准确地说，我们用的东西叫地质罗盘仪，google了一张图给大家瞅瞅。
国产名牌，哈尔滨牌的。样子很酷，带一个棕色皮质硬壳外套，扣在皮带上的。然后里
面就是一个军绿色的铁壳子罗盘，在野外及其亮骚，可惜通常都是看不到人烟的地方。

不过这么强大的东西除了考试时候，在我们手里实在有点underuse。
