刚刚一个本地的叫Philip A Glantz Insurance给我电邮了他们的报价$888/yr，然后在
信中我猛然发现他家也是commerce的。
同样是commerce的保险，不同agency报价不一样，以后万一车子出了问题，管事的是

是一茬一茬的热浪。前两天说经济危机，2000左右的经济危机是ee 倒下去。那时候ee
比 cs 好找工作，但后来cs 后来居上。e-commerce 不可能一直在trending的浪头上。
大家有没有想过e-commerce 的trending 过去，之后大家会怎么混日子。主要还有年龄
的问题。年龄大了想catch trending 也难。大家还是较喜欢年轻人。真有人在一个公
司混了一辈子？我想也有，但不多。有些公司开的日子也不长。不足以cover 一个人的
career life span. |

最重要的就是看data map和人口的details（各档次的人口数等等）。
先不说城市特色，就看基本的residence, commerce, industry。
一个民居有两个要素，land value和density。每个分三档。land value可以由玩家控
制，看data map可以了解，一般政府部门（警察，医疗等）都是绿色，但是实际影响范
围很小。主要控制land value的是公园。公园也分档，靠对公园档次的控制可以控制
land value。
Density要靠时间，只要市民高兴，就会满满的提高density。最终受路的限制。
每个residence里面有三种人：worker，shopper, student。
市民的高兴就有多个因素了。有：
job: 要有工作机会。
commerce：shopper回出去买东西，必须买自己land value档次的东西。买得到的话，
提高happyness。
服务：医疗，警察，消防等等，有服务就会高兴。没服务，导致死亡或者垃圾堆积，就
会有一段时间不高兴。
教育：家里的student能上学也会高兴。

The Modi government is making arrangements to courier sacred “Gangajal” (
Ganga water) to people's doorsteps.
India Post, the country’s oldest courier service run by the Ministry of
Communication and Information Technology, could soon offer subscribers the
option of dispatching Ganga Jal by postman.
