，如果不妥，大家改正：
1. 在carfax上或autocheck上查这辆车的历史。
2. 双方签Bill of Sale；网上有下载：http://siy.cars.com/pdf/carscom_bill_of_sale.pdf。签的时候注意，如果关系还可以，就让对方签的少一点，可以少缴点税。我们州是$500以下不缴税，于是对方帮我写了$400。实际交易金额当然以双方协商为准。
2. 付钱或check；对方在Title上签字。
3. 给保险公司打电话，把这辆车加到你的名下。或者online自己操作。
4. 带着Bill of sale，signed title，保险公司的comfirmation letter（注意
comfirmation就可以了，不用等保险公司把手续办齐），去做emission test。
5. 还是这些材料，再加passed emission的结果，去title office，去申请新的title。
6. 完成。 |

最近有个买家说没有收到货
我用了usps的comfirmation
显示9月7日就邮寄了
可以查到邮寄到他那个城市，但是没有显示具体地址。
不知道哪个环节出错了
请问如果买家坚持claim没有收到货
这时候paypal会保护我吗？
曾经跟一个意大利人打过类似的战
当时由于是跨国交易，而且没有seller protection,
所以最后paypal还是把钱给退回买家了
但是不知道在美国地址comfirm 以及seller protection Eligible的情况下
如果真要纠纷，是否我不用负责？

发帖数: 269 | 15 概括一下，就是这个网站只能订票，如果有任何cancel或是change，第一不能在网上完成，然后你就必须打电话，百分百保证至少在线等15分钟才能跟人说上话，用电脑把你的信息调出来就要再等15分钟，他们客服自己说是因为电脑慢，然后再等15分钟更新信息。而不幸的我最后被转到了orbitz，简直不敢相信我的耳朵。虽然我历经了n多个小时的磨难，结果最后到机场检票的时候，航空公司说没有我们的订票信息，我们不得不再机场现买的票。
后来我试图和他们的supervisor讲话，又给我放到等待上20多分钟，我的信心就这样崩溃了，我真的不相信他们有这样一个supervisor存在，我绝对不相信他们试图帮助解决问题。这样的一个网站连个投诉的email地址都没有，我按着客服调查给的地址发过去，居然被打回来说没有这个地址。
总之一句话，钱到了他们手里就没丁点可能再回来了，不管你坐没坐上飞机。

我觉得基本已经达成目标，今年的SE/RSE 本来也比去年便宜1k左右，现在拿到的价格
和去年12k off已经相当了，而且jennings是口碑很好的dealer，应该后续不会有什么
麻烦。
ysp0088前期quote了大批的dealer，today222大牛后来推荐了jennings，最终团购锁定
了jennings。

1 我是否应该跟对方直接联系，告知对方我的保险信息，驾照，等；
如果是别人责任，且别人很愉快的给了你保险公司信息和他的驾照ID及住址，立刻打电
话给他保险公司索赔，并说明是他从后面撞了你，他的保险公司会打电话和肇事者
confirm，comfirm情况以后会给你下一步信息，也有可能会派人来看你车的受损情况，
然后给你一张check或让你去指定车行维修。
2 我如果走保险，我自己的保费应该不会涨价，不知确否？
只要不是你的责任，你的保费完全不会涨价。 如果是小事故，肇事者保费也不会涨价
，但如果维修费用上千，肇事者的保费肯定涨，而且三年内找任何保险公司都能查到事
故资料。。
3 如果走保险，我的无事故记录是否受影响？
如上，如果不是你的责任，完全不会
4 如果走保险，我的车是否将有事故记录，以至于影响RESALE？
如果去指定车行，有可能会被修车行写入record (something like "minor accident")
