被告知所有的摇篮都被定光了：（（
话说我去年８月份买的回国机票，
去年１０月份的时候打电话定摇篮，
先是打了说英文的客服热线
说帮我把摇篮位置划好了
但是我在网上查看comfirmation，
EWR->PEK这一段怎么都没看到摇篮的位置
于是再打到说中文的客服热线
这回人家说，EWR->PEK的航班摇篮座位被锁定了，
虽然她那里可以可以操作帮我划
但是最后还是没能真正划成
她让我在飞机起飞前24小时再打电话划位置
或者到机场check in的时候再划位置，
但是但是，今天因为其他事情给客服打电话
这次直接打了中文的客服热线，
顺便问了一下能不能帮我划下周初发的EWR->PEK的航班的摇篮位置，
结果，人家说那个航班的所有摇篮位置都划光了。。。
第一排也被划光了。。。。。。。。
郁闷的我！！！
这下回国要跟lg两个人带着宝宝挤小小的座位了：（（（

疫苗打不成了。有经验的美妈们可否告知疫苗能拖后多长时间打呢？开始找新儿医了，
可是可能要约到比较晚的日子了。
还有，我们前面几次见儿医的费用都被拒付了。
可是一开始照这个儿医的时候，他们说得很清楚说是cover的。
该是谁的责任呢？可不可以argue一下？ |

公司就只cover了50%。在这里求建议后给保险公司打电话，接线员帮我set了appeal。
昨天收到来信。第一句话就是“This is in response to your inquiry received
August 6,requesting review of the $200 deductible that was applied to your
claim.” 我当时看到这句话真是一头大啊，哪是什么200块deductible，明明是他们只
cover了50%，我要的是他们cover另外50%，一共3000多块呢。再说，我们这个保险也没
什么deductible，deductible就是0，只是有200的copay，难道我连200的copay也会不
愿意付吗，到后面还是说“We have reviewed our records
and received comfirmation from the case managers in the Benefits Manangement

ebay联系，发了４,5 次message，每次总是跳出一个页面让我comfirm帐号， 就是输入信
用卡号。我试了几次发不了信息只好输入卡号了，ebay上又显示要charge１元来测试卡是否好用。
我怕ebay强行charge我的卡让我买这个破IPAD就没敢再进一步continue。
好像这样就没法联系seller 了。 |
