但是从来没享受过seller protection
最近有个买家说没有收到货
我用了usps的comfirmation
显示9月7日就邮寄了
可以查到邮寄到他那个城市，但是没有显示具体地址。
不知道哪个环节出错了
请问如果买家坚持claim没有收到货
这时候paypal会保护我吗？
曾经跟一个意大利人打过类似的战
当时由于是跨国交易，而且没有seller protection,
所以最后paypal还是把钱给退回买家了
但是不知道在美国地址comfirm 以及seller protection Eligible的情况下
如果真要纠纷，是否我不用负责？

my items are < 250 with delivered confirmation.
So I will be fine.
