发帖数: 3 | 9 看了collateral，觉得一般。就故事本身来说并没有太多的新意,甚至我觉得有一种蒲松
龄的“一屠晚归，止有剩骨”的联想。但仅就故事的表达来说也不乏可圈之处。
在电影的开始MAX和他的乘客ANNIE有一段较长的对话，我不认为这是凑戏的废话，因为这
段对话至少起到了三个作用：第一它向我们介绍了MAX这样一个普普通通，心地善良，又
挺会自我排解压力的一个TAXI DRIVER，象很多小人物一样，他过着无奈却不失梦想的生
活；第二，MAX和ANNIE的相识为今后情节的发展埋下伏笔；第三，它为整个影片定下了一
种压抑，孤独的感觉，我猜想这可能也是编剧或者导演对LA这样的大城市的感觉。后来影
片用一种讽刺的手法强烈的表达了这一点。当MAX被VINCENT绑在方向盘上，他狂按喇叭，
闪紧急灯求助，结果不仅没有得到救援反而引来了一群抢劫的流氓。
接下来，疯狂杀手VINCENT登场了。这里先顺便说一下小汤帅哥。我觉得导演会选择小汤
不完全是出于小汤本身的商业效应，除此之外一个很重要的原因是小汤自出道以来演了无
数英雄形象，所以他在本片中的出场会给观众一种欺骗性的错觉，而这种错觉正是影片所

Heat和最后的模西干人都是他导演的作品
我非常喜欢Heat中那种流动在LA夜晚的寂寞，还有那凄厉的枪声
总之Heat极具质感和张力，记得得尼罗和他的情人看LA的灯火么？
但是这部collateral，我觉得完全是栽在剧本上了
感觉的出，麦尔克 曼在此片中仍旧尽力去描写LA夜晚，来烘托气氛
但是却在可笑的脚本和无法令人信服的表演下显得肤浅
BTW，小汤哥刚刚出场时，我简直认为是Heat中的得尼罗再现
而且记得Heat是由得尼罗从清晨LA的地铁中走出开场的
这部片子是以汤哥死在清晨的MTA中结束的

罚单只有两个选项
a不认罪，要求上庭
b认罪
我的主要目的其实是减免一些罚款，另外少扣些点数,并不想真的上庭。 主要是怕保险
要涨好几年。
由于罚单上没有直接上庭日期的选项，我想知道，如果我选a，我该以什么方式通知法
庭？另外，什么时候能以什么方式知道自己的上庭时间？
还有，我写了一段罚单的具体解释（见下文），
对于1a, 1b我其实有点迷糊
1a中提到了费用，且说明需要我先提交， 我想应该是通过我把罚单邮寄过去，同时附

运作方式
这是一张银行的call back，从右上图标看出来是fax形式，有些银行会用电子形式。没
有区别。
call back是指车行帮你申请贷款以后银行回复的结果。虽然这是一个lease 申请，不
过和finance没有区别。

or disqualify. In most cases, the law requires security or liquidity
lending collateral must be AAA. And US treasury is the most widely
used collateral in financial market. If treasury is downgraded,
all these collaterals become disqualified. The liquidity will dry
out overnight, while trillion dollars of margin calls will kick in.

根本没兑现呀。 美国的一大帮页岩油，页岩气公司， 银行并没有大规模
减少credit line， 很多公司都维持住原来的信贷规模了。
这个跟原来预想的，信贷大规模缩减，一堆公司倒闭，很有差距呀!
倒的公司少了，那低油价就能再多坚持一段。

另外，美帝冲出来说，要拍卖原油储备，就是嫌自己油太多了。
这是对市场另外一层打击。只是plan到2017年开卖，但是，是不是真要卖，
鬼知道呀。 但是，不会加大储备看起来是可能性很大的。
普京在叙利亚也打上，但是，原油还是没上涨太多。
我觉得这次，美国人真是要下狠手了。
从美伊核谈判让步，放出伊朗的石油产能，到美帝银行继续支持页岩油气产业，
到拍卖自己的原油储备，感觉美帝这一把赌注一定下的很大。

repo is to borrow/lend with collateral. it can be 1 day up to 3 year.
there might be even longer term, but that's not common. also,
repo is common funding method, it's not limited to fed open market.
When Fed lends to market, it uses discount rate.
I believe that Fed takes in only treasury as collateral.
During the subprime liquid crisis, there was some talk that
the fed should take in mortage as collateral, but that's not
happening so far.
