the University of Illinois, has been named a Marshall Scholar.
Each year, 40 students from the United States are selected as Marshall
Scholars to study at a university in the United Kingdom for two years.

参战的四队有三支都是去年不如人意今年意欲东山再起的。而且前一战根本就是生死冤
家，历史悠久。
此刻我只希望我有两台LCD TV在我面前。
MICHIGAN和圣母之战，我赛前是预计圣母能胜出的。理由很简单：圣母的QB是三年级生
CLAUSEN，而MICHIGAN无论首发谁，都是菜鸟QB。这样的CLOSE GAME，拥有经验丰富QB
的一方显然是优势重重的。后来赛程的发展确实如此，CLAUSEN应该说全场发挥优秀，
充分利用了MICHIGAN二线33号DB CISSOKO的身高劣势，在这一侧用己方优势的WR FLOYD
和TATE狂吃YARDAGE不已；而MICHIGAN方面的QB TATE FORCIER作为一年级的QB，今天的
表现可谓精彩异常，传冲俱佳，甚至还有PUNT到5码线的佳作。而且他在跑动中传球异
常精准，和这里狼友赛季前的描述如出一辙。但是新生还是新生，首先是在全场比赛剩
下4、5分钟的那次进攻中，扔出了一个INT，明显的新生错误：他的WR根本没有OPEN；

发offer是体育部发的，发Offer的时候最后一年的成绩还没有，SAT/ACT也没考
但真正要入学，得学校招生部批
我们有小孩commit了最后都没入学
更不要说很多小孩拿着offer，没法commit，
很多时候学校要求最后一个学期必须选哪些课，GPA保持多少，SAT/ACT拿多少分
才能入学，所以干脆就不是commitable的offer
各地高中不同，其实往往最难的不是GPA，我们学校要二外什么乱七八糟的
很多黑小孩的黑高中都没开这些课，
所以有的时候高三被发了offer，学校还去通知人家小黑娃，
想commit想入学，高四得转学个学术好点的高中。。。
最近这些年，就算我们成绩不好，其实球员出路是不错的
13,14,16都至少有6个球员中选，16的6个都是前三轮
所谓人练不出来是比较扯了，
Stanford这些年战绩好，也没见招生超过一团浆糊的USC和我们
五星的QB废掉的还真不少，比如，Terrelle Pryor
高中时候可是排名比Clausen还高，搞到最后连QB都不算，draft也不如Clausen高

9月底下跌至60%；而在6月底的数字为71%，3月底的数字为75%。
该指数以一个典型的退休基金作为基准，并以常见的资产配置来衡量表现。在2008年股
市大跌後，该指数曾一度下跌至59点。
最新指数显示，愈来愈多退休基金会出现赤字问题，也就是资产增值不能抵消向会员发
放的退休金金额。这些基金通常只在财政年度结尾才会做出总结。年中不会报告财务情
况。故此就是有问题，也不会显露出来。
Mercer风险及金融部的克劳森(Scott Clausen)指出，数字显示各退休基金应该谨慎看
管自己的财务状况。他认为，金融市场的波动显示出各退休基金有需要定期报告自己的
财务状况，因为退休基金在各投资组合之间以及各季度之间所出现的波动幅度可能十分

布朗幸亏没有手贱，用3号签选昆哥。选了Wisconsin的LT Joe Thomas，常年probowler
